Not local to the Area but when I arrived the store owner stoped what he was doing and took the time to show me the place. It’s items and just treated me like he known me for years.

Out of towner stopped by. The guy running the place was super nice. If we lived closer, we'd be members for sure. Really inspiring community here and you can tell they're just have a really good time doing what they love. Huge props to the guy who gave us a quick tour. That wasn't necessary but greatly appreciated.

We left with a bardic inspiration and appreciation for community.

Owner is super cool, gave me a tour and welcomed me in, made sure I was settled in with the group I was looking to play with and was knowledgeable. Super great vibes.

Merlin, the owner, is an absolute sweetheart who does his very best to make sure everyone feels at home. Prices are very competitive for the market too, and often I will find myself coming here over other places or buying online. The store itself is very spacious too, so there's lots of room to play even on busy event days like Friday Night Magic.

I always love coming here with my friends to play games, or find a new one to play. If you love board games, RPG's, Magic the Gathering, or are looking to pick up any of those as a new hobby - this is the place for you!

I've been to Ye Gamers Guild a few times now and I always feel welcome by the regulars and Merlin (Store Owner). I can personally recommend the Commander nights. You couldn't find a friendlier community to learn and grow in. Merlin delivers friendly service and very fair prices. If you are into anything Magic the Gathering or Dungeons and Dragons give this community a shot. You won't be disappointed.

This place is incredible. Perfect gaming vibes, unbeatable prices, Merlin is such a good business owner and gamer himself. Incredible snack bar filled with tons of drink and snack choices and thankfully, no Yugioh community to ruin it for others. Unbeatable prices on product. Overall the shop is great! The service is friendly but be mindful it’s a very home family like store meaning you have to know who to look for to find who to get service from. The prices are more than fair! The owner often gives out discounts and is very warm and welcoming.

The store being small is a little disorganized but the timing of our arrival was also after a convention that the store has sponsored called itsnotacon, a very fun convention for hobbyist of tabletop gaming, DND, MtG, Pathfinder, and more…

I believe that the store has room for improvement but I would definitely go again and would recommend the store to friends and family.

My family and I stopped by on a whim to check out the store. Merlin gave us a tour of the store and explained the differences between the various DnD and Magic groups that met regularly. He was very engaging with our kids and made us all feel very welcome. I would highly recommend the store to anyone interested in gaming, but especially DnD and MtG. Also they have ice cream (big selling point for my kids).

I was looking around for a LGS in the area that I had not been to and came across their FB page, so I had to stop by. Went in to buy some M:TG cards and got more cards than I bargained for, a tour of the store along with a good portion of it's history. It was a fantastic experience, and I plan to go back for future gaming purchases or to even play.

Such an amazing store 😄 I'm from Switzerland and was just traveling through and attended a modern tournament. The owner's a very nice guy and gave us a tour of the store and made us feel very welcome there. Everybody was very nice and I had a blast slinging some spells and playing magic. Best gaming center in Indy! The owner is friendly and welcoming to all. I don't believe I've found anything in this store that sells at list price. Everything is discounted! Whether you play D&D, MTG, or board games, you will find something here.

Ye Gamer’s Guild is the best place to game at on the south side of Indianapolis. Merlin, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to meet and purchase from. Excellent selections from RPG books to table top miniatures, tcg and more rather unobtainable items that you won’t find at other stores. Competitive prices that beat all other Mom and Pop game stores and a friendly gaming community to boot. If you haven’t stopped in yet, do yourself a favor and become a “Guildy”. You won’t regret the fun and friends you make on your next adventure.

I love hanging out here and gaming with the other visitors. There always seems to be something fun going on and the owner is always looking for new ways to get people involved. There is a HUGE selection of miniatures, and restocks occur regularly. Also, if you ever want anything, the owner is very accommodating and will try to get it in stock for you.

By far my favorite gaming store in Indy

I loved this place! It has a good selection of role playing supplies: miniatures, paint, dice, and books. They have MtG too, of course, and were holding tourneys before covid19, but this is a role player's paradise. It's laid back. I really enjoyed the "just a hangout with your friends" vibe. The owner was awesome and the miniature painting contests they have sound really fun! They just expanded into the space next door too, so there is going to be a lot of area to play in when they can fully reopen their gaming areas. If you like role playing or minis, definitely check them out!

Merlin is the perfect gaming store owner: Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. You will not find a better selection or better customer service in this area. Prices are beyond fair. Folks, let's keep this local business thriving as long as possible... it's a wonderful place for hobbyists, gamergeeks, and novices to meet, play, and stock up on all their gaming needs.

Very family friendly very welcoming. Though the store is in the front and the games are in the back if the owner doesn't hear the door at first he checks frequently to make sure no one is missed. Great snack choices and great game variety. Even can try games out and learn them before buying them.

Absolutely a great hidden gem. Tons of board games and tabletop RPGs. Moreover, the store carries lots of tabletop figures, modules, books and more!

They have a small magic scene that seems to be growing at the time of this review. Absolutely check this place out if you need a game fix. Games going on all the time being played at the store. Check it out today!
