T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I stopped in today with a couple tough questions concerning my new phone from a few weeks back. To my surprise some very good teamwork seems to be going on there to help people like me, THEY CARE. in particular Connor and Emma are super!!! Both did help me. I so recommend anyone be so lucky to get help from either one of them. THANKS.

Went there looking for a new phone and Zac was so helpful. Even when I couldn't use my current phone to access my information. Very professional and nice. THANK YOU ZAC.

I was having issues with my phone and didn't have much time to figure it out due to always needing to be available by phone for work. Brummett had it figured out in no time. Least amount of time I've ever had to spend on an issue. Everyone was really nice too.

If I could give more more stars I would! Austin Brummett and Julia definitely helped me get the right phone I needed and great customer service! Made sure I knew everything and was very patient. Wouldn’t want to go to any other store! T-MOBILE in Camby is the best one around!

I had the best experience ever at this T-mobile! I was switching phone providers; Dylan, Caleb, and Nate took all my stress away! I would never consider going to another T-mobile store unless they worked there! 10/10 best experience I’ve ever had at a phone provider store, those guys definitely deserve a raise for how quickly, efficiently, and caring they were about my issues. I will be coming back to this store!

Julia was so helpful and knowledgeable as was Austin. Julia helped fix all of my phone issues. I appreciate it, I will be back soon to upgrade. They are the best! I will recommend them to everyone.

We had some of the best service from Gary (Dylan) what a team player you have representing T-Mobile. If you take care of this asset you have here in Camby he will prove over and over that T-Mobile is the way to go. Very friendly, very helpful and gave us all the W.O.W experience. Went in for one upgrade and left with five, you couldn't ask for a better representative to display/ represent you. Take care of him or someone else will see the quality he brings your company and they will want that for theirs! Great job Dylan keep up the hard work my friend and you will have your very own cell brand in no time!

I absolutely love the Camby, Indiana T-mobile store! Dylan and Nate were amazing, kind and helpful and patient in very frustrating situations! Dylan worked hard to get me the best deal on the market! I’d recommend every person go to see these 2 guys!!!! Love them!

Look I came I there pretty upset and was given the run around by two corporate stores because my device literally would randomly stop working. The district manager was there and was understanding and helpful and Alec the repair tech was calm n helped me out. Would definitely go back there to get any new devices! My phone was on back order and they got me another within 3 days. Thanks again guys. Keep up the good work

T-Mobile in Camby in Windfall Wayne is the way to go if you’re wanting new cell phones a new service. Dylan Fields, Nate and Sam were the best team ever we got new phones better plans and a better price when we went in there! I could not be happier that I switched with these guys!

Alec is the BEST!!! He is beyond knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. This store has a gem working for them and I hope they know it! He answers our questions (sometime over and over). He never rushes me to buy. He has spent adequate time helping me with purchases, problems, questions, exchanges, billing, etc. Kristen has been equally helpful many times! Thank you Alec and Kristen for being a great asset to this store and to Sprint!

The employees are the only reason for this 5 star review. The manager Alec literally took the time to make sure the hassle I was dealing with was taken care when dealing with the 1-800 customer service reps. He’s def an asset to this store. I give Sprint 1-800 customer service a 1 star.

Noah did an excellent job with customer service 3/1/22 and 3/2/22. He helped me so much with my phone. I appreciated his expertise and kindness.
