Wendy's

We go here usually during the week when we don’t feel like cooking. The staff is always super nice and helpful. Went in tonight because I wanted the DC meal toys but only wanted the toys. They rung me up for 1.29 apple slices for each toy that way I didn’t have to buy the whole meal. They also helped me get a complete set of the figures. Super helpful and the actual food I ordered this time (a taco salad) was bussin! 10/10 Wendy’s give these people a raise!

This is by far the best Wendy's I've been to, and I've crossed the Continental US, having burgers every so often, most times a Wendy's. The food is never greasy, the ingredients are always fresh, the staff is friendly and polite. The restaurant is clean, and has no foul odors.

I recommend this Wendy's over all others. If you're close enough to have some, and haven't yet, then you're missing out.

It's fast food, so... but as for Fast Food this Wendy's is GREAT. really great service. Try their App, it is really good. It tastes fresher than most fast food establishments

Good food and great service. From the person who took the order and payment to the take out window who handed you the food. Friendly, good attitude employees. Food fresh and hot and a Great time for a peppermint frosty while available during the season.

I don't have a Wendy's near where I live and visited this location and wow! Everything was perfect, from the nice employee taking my order to enjoying my meal in the clean dining lobby. As shown in my picture, I had a specific order where I didn't want stupid carbohydrates, and they delivered and then some! Super tasty square burgers.

This Wendy's location deserves to be the poster child for fast food. The food is nearly always good. It is fresh. It is hot. And it is served fast. But THE BEST part are the people who take the order and serve the food.

I think the guy who is at the first window taking the money much of the time has been there for over 20 years and loves his job in such a way that it shows by his skill, talent, and enjoyment of engaging with customers in such an upbeat way. I like going through the drive through just hoping he is working.

It does not end with him though. The friendly service and upbeat disposition of the person handing me my food at the next window is just as great.

I think a year or two ago, there were times when the inside was closed, the drive through was not, I was on foot and was directed to walk up to the drive through window. In other fast food places when I did that during COVID, I was told I could not be served in the drive through if I was not in a car.

Twice at this Wendy's over the years, there was something wrong with my order and I did not know it until a few miles down the road in my car. I mentioned it the next time I was there and they made it right.

At another local Taco fast food drive through place, I got my order wrong so many times that I stopped going. I tried contacting customer support by calling a toll free number on the receipt but that was a total waste of time after waiting on hold for a long time to get dumped into voice mail and after leaving a message the merry go round continued.

So the next time I went through the drive through at the Taco joint, I mentioned not getting my order right the last 2 times and they told me there was nothing they can do about it because it was so long ago.

I'm telling everyone, this Wendy's is an absolute roll model for all who are in the fast food business.

I had a coupon, (which was why I went.) The folks were nice, the food was good.

Wendy's has always been a good all around fast food place to eat at and with affordable menu items for all budgets.

This place was so clean, the staff all had good energy, and the food was all on point. One of the items ordered was a baked potato with cheese and bacon. It was so good it could be compared to a "wait to be seated" restaurant

Just went through the drive through (on a Friday!) and was so happy to see the line was short AND moving. Service was kind, cheerful and so great. There was no annoyance when I asked for a special request on my order after I’d completed it. So happy I was able to come to Wendy’s and be on my way under 5 minutes.

This Burien team is one of the best in Western Washington. From the outgoing, friendly man at the drive-thru window, to the quality of food, speed of service, and cleanliness of the restaurant. Management is doing an outstanding job here!

I have never had an order messed up here. And, although I know no one else really ever orders salads at fast food places, I actually do, and Wendy's are excellent. Recently, I went back to Panera to pick up a salad, and there was 1/2 as much of everything and I paid $5 bucks more!.

I really needed to use the bathroom and get a snack before going on an adventure with my boyfriend and his family to the pumpkin patch and corn maze. The front counter clerk was really nice and gave me the code to the bathroom so I could do that before I ordered my food. My order was ready before I had a chance to step away from the counter. And my nuggets were hot and fresh. Thanks Wendy's!

Best Wendy’s I’ve been to in the world. They truly have the best customer service EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. it never fails they are just amazing people. Food is always hot and fresh too. Kudos to this fantastic team!

Wendy's is a great fast food place to eat late nights when you are having a craving for burgers or maybe a sweet tooth for ice cream or both I eat there about three times a week with family and friends who also agree how delicious it is!!
