Burger King

With all the options really close by I choose to go to this Burger King solely for the service I get at the drive-up window. All the people I have ever encountered from the drive-up window are always very polite, professional, and seem happy to be doing their job. Keep up the good work drive through people.

I live in Beacon Hill and as a treat I usually stop by this Burger King to order my usual Whopper Meal. The french fries are always hot when I get them hit or miss on my Whopper either there’s only 1 tomato not enough lettuce and ketchup which I don’t like on my sandwich. The turnover of employees at this Burger King is terrible now a days it’s hard to find good help!. The Managers are working both front counter/drive thru which puts a lot of stress on them, and at times there’s only 1 or 2 employees preparing customers orders in the kitchen. I used to manage Burger King Restaurants back in the days different times different work ethics. We always stride for Customers Service the public was a bit different much nicer/respect back then. I read pretty much what people posted on their reviews the majority complained on the lack of Customer Service on Drive Thru etc. I’ve gone though drive thru and sometimes the order board mic doesn’t work or the order taker is taking to long. Customers would appreciate if the order taker would acknowledge them let them know you’ll be right back to take their order, not leave them hanging. Everyone is short on help when dealing with customers acknowledge and be courteous!. ✌

Friendly cashier, quick service, and the best ice cream cones in the world! (Less expensive and in my opinion, better than dairy queen!)

The staff members are very social with me everytime I visit and they always have quick service with hot, fresh food. For a fast food place they keep the standards high

Came here from Tacoma and honestly, this bk puts ours to shame. The customer service was amazing. The lady that took our order gave us a discount for having to wait awhile before being able to order which has never happened before. We only waited like 5 to 10 minutes and I've waited up to 45 minutes at bk in Tacoma with no compensation.

Their hot product, ghost pepper chicken nuggets are dry, not sure it it was just mine or If that is how they are supposed to be. Still good but not the hype it gets. Mig he t try them again to see if I was unlucky to get an old batch.

I don't regularly eat at Burger King, but I kept seeing a TV commercial for a BBQ pork sandwich with crunchy battered onions and it looked soooo good. I was headed somewhere else when I remembered the BBQ pork sandwich and I started to drool. I pulled into the 7Eleven and got out my phone. Smartphones are new to me and I don't really know how to use it.
I searched for the area Burger King and was only slightly familiar with the area. Phone wanted me to turn on Google Maps. Then as I was straining to see the street signs, the lady on Google Maps started to talk to me and she guided me right to Burger King. There were six cars in front of me and I was worried that they would run out by the time I got up to the order menu. I ordered the sandwich and a Diet Coke and pulled around and parked the truck and had this horrible feeling that I was going to be disappointed. But I wasn't!!! The meat was tender and had just the right amount of BBQ sauce. Crunchy onions were surprisingly a good idea! I scarfed it down and didn't end up with BBQ sauce all over my tee shirt. Go figure. I got back in line with three minutes til closing and ordered another one for my roommate. Kudos Burger King! It was delicious!

I would choose burger King's whopper with bacon and cheese over any other establishment out there selling burgers out there today. Their flame broiled just off the barbecue taste surpasses all others , and the size of those monsters could feed me for days! Their burgers are juicy and messy and exactly how they should be and would be I'd cooked at home. Perfection is hard to come by especially in the burger world, but Burger King seems to have it down pat!

The manager on duty is amazing! She was doing 3 people's job at one time. They definitely need to give her a raise. She's well worth it!

I used to work for Burger KING many years ago... it's nice to receive great customer service. Ruban (pretty sure that was his name) was so polite and when it comes to fast food, it's really nice to see kids out there putting their best foot forward! A big smile makes all the difference!

Burger King's mobile app has the best offers and freebies of all the fast food places apps I have looked at. They have also partnered with T-Mobile on T-Mobile Tuesdays to give free whoppers to T-Mobile and Sprint customers on Tuesdays before. Good food, thicker, bigger burgers than McDonalds. McDonalds has sad wimpy burgers. Vote BK. :)

It was terrible the staff was calling the police.......some guy walked in their resturant and.i cant mention what he did
But the staff was freaked out....but safe not under any physical threat but definitely scarred for life.......
The man escaped after the police got there he took off his hat snd glasses put on his clothes and walked right by the cops.......the cop even said hello to the guy as he went towards the door to enter...1p seconds later the cop came running out with dudes hat and glasses.......

Dont ever eat here .....

I like Burger King in Burien Washington the food has alway's been good here . This place is very easy to find and there's plenty of parking place's to park your car at . It's a nice place to visit with your family and friend's . The service is very nice there . I wanna go there right now and get some food #love

I'm so happy they carry jalapeno poppers and cheese sticks now. The rodeo cheeseburger is one of my favorites! Always delicious.

Best Burger King in Washington great Customer service there are always nice and it doesn't matter what time you come and I drive way from Seattle just to go to this Burger King and I stay by one always hot food and nice people and it clean and if they don't have want you want they will tell you about a better offer keep up the good work

This location has competent management, cleanliness, and has for at least the last 5 years. They aren't rude to transients, and they keep it safe, clean, and professional for ALL to enjoy a quick service restaurant experience.

Good service. Once left my credit card at the store and they held it secure until I realized where it was and returned to claim it. Price is ok when they do value portions.

They were busy and my food was fresh and tasty. They took time to go over the cost of my order and the cashier was patient and helpful.
