Highly recommend this location! Very professional and knowledgeable. Very pleasant environment. Best T-Mobile office I have ever been to. The gentlemen that helped me were phenomenal. I will only go to this office from now on.

So after an absolutely horrible experience at another TMobile location we left and came to the location on Hancock Bridge. We were lucky enough to get Marissa to take care of and had everything we needed with absolutely none of the attitude we got at the other location. Marissa took time to explain everything, actually seemed to enjoy working, and made upgrading our phones easy and painless.

I was very pleased with the service I received when I visited this T-Mobile location on Friday. Marissa was very knowledgeable and helpful with my phone purchase. I will highly recommend this store..

I came to the store upset from my past experience but they made me really happy and got me and my watch together. I really appreciated them after all I've been through at a different location thank you very much for all your help.

What I can say. The employees are friendly. The network is great but all the extra stuff- that is free - is not to use. Netflix with advertising is free

Really great experience and very helpful employees. I Came here to get a new account & phone (Note 10) and Shakira helped me get everything I needed and was very helpful and polite. The store is very nice with a very large selection of phones and any type of accessory you can think of. They also had some great deals on many different flagship phones. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

When you need help with your devices, hopefully you get Marissa or Johnny to help. Very knowledgeable and made an issue I had a breeze to resolve. Wish every customer service experience was like this.

I know. T-Mobile is closing it's brick and mortar stores, but this is a mistake. I spent weeks online searching for the perfect phone after losing mine in Hurricane Ian's tidal surge. Then having a cheap temp. This sounds silly but my phone is very important to me. I type a lot, as well as take pictures. And I don't like change. They had to pry my BlackBerry from my hand a mere 2 years ago. Plus, I am not wealthy. So, after being overwhelmed and confused, I visited this T-Mobile location. I briefly explained my situation, and the 2 awesome women who helped me (right away) were very kind end attentive. In 5 minutes, they answered all my questions and had my awesome new Samsung Ultra ready to go in the blink of an eye. They were right about everything, and i am so happy and appreciative! Being a Verizon retiree, even I know sometimes you just have to talk to someone in person.

I stopped in over the weekend to get some information on new phones and plans. Aldair did a wonderful job with assisting me with getting new phones and a great plan! I am very happy with my decision and will be back in this week to see Aldair to finish setting up my services! I definitely recommend you to see Aldair he is the best!

Good fast service setting up new phone.

The staff and manager were absolutely amazing and patient helping me with a problem that was not their fault. Johnny went well beyond expectations and his manager Andrew and colleague Marissa were there to help as well. I drove out of my way to go to there and would do it again.

I am of the opinion that Danny is the most professional and efficient Tech Associate in T-Mobile stores in the Cape . He was very knowledgeable and helpful in solving technical issues related to my phone.

Nice spacious, updated store, salesgirl was exceptionally helpful and patient. Good selection of phones in stock. Set up new account, service and qualified phone without trying to sell me upgrades and things i didn't want or need. Overall process was pretty quick. Steady flow of customers but wait time not too long. My
Sale was pretty straight foward, my plan was pretty basic, Im sure it can get hairy if you want a high-end device and 5G, (fees, insurance, etc) but thats how it is with shopping for mobile service. If your considering T-Mobile as your provider, I recommend you shop here.
