Excellent service and employees willing to help with anything. They don’t run a marathon to the office like box stores.
Also, you can buy the quantity you want instead of 500 pieces you would never use in your entire lifetime. A+ ⭐

Very helpful courteous and knowledgeable employees.... hard to find that sometimes but these are good people. Highly recommend this store but most of all the people.

I am huge on Lowes and Home Depot for your larger bulk purchases.
I go to Rocky's for one reason,
the employees go above to help you solve repair issues and are intimately involved in helping you purchase what you need.
Everyone is extremely positive.
You won't get this consistency at any Lowes or Home Depot.
This Ace Hardware is excellent.

There was a really nice older gentleman with his hair in a bun that helped me get everything I needed. He walked me through every step, and was even looking at savings and sales for me. This is exactly what customer service should be! I will definitely be returning to hear the next time I need anything DIY :)

Seems like a pretty typical hardware store. They had the sidewalk salt I needed today for a reasonable price.

I love all the Ricky's Ace hardware stores. They usually have what I need. Plus, I'd rather support them over the big box stores.

Always great staff. Always helpful. Even when they don't have what I need they suggest solutions.

My go to place for all the odds and ends. Very friendly staff and there's always plenty of them around. With such a small store, it surprises me that they always have what I need. Unless I'm doing a major project, I'd prefer to shop here.

I have been here quit a bit. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

The associates are always friendly. If they are helping someone else, my may have to wait to ask a question. They always give their customers their full attention. Being a woman, I appreciate the attention and not being made to feel stupid. Being a widow, I sometimes need advice.

I popped into this store for a simple wooden dowel rod. The staff were beyond helpful and seemed to honestly greet each and every customer. The best hardware store around.

Went in today and Matt was very very helpful getting me what I needed. They are going through a remodel right now so stuff is pretty scattered but he was still able to find everything I needed.

They don't have the selection of the big box stores, and prices are a bit higher, but you can't beat having a neighborhood hardware store. I enjoy seeing the same friendly, helpful people who remember me and always try to help me find what I need. And they have popcorn!

I just want to say that EVERY time I've gone in here, usually at my wits end after trying Lowe's and home depot, I always find what I need. The staff really know their stuff and they are so pleasant and ready to help you! Throw them a curve ball for an odd item and they can find a solution for you!
