What a great experience!! This was our first time in and Jeff was a wonderful host. He showed us all kinds of dried meats and snacks and jerky - and even gifted us plenty of them to try out! We’ll definitely be back to try some of their amazing looking steaks!

First time here and everything about this shop was stellar - meat selection, customer service, mixes. The butcher who helped us noted that it was our first time and had us try some sampling, which was oh my goodness to die for! We will definitely be back!

Good selection of meat products and friendly staff. Very happy to find a local good, independent butcher. Bought New York and Ribeye steaks, some Landjaeger sausages and we tried the candied bacon (very good but spicy).

Heard of this place and today was the the day we checked it out! WORLD-CLASS SERVICE! The gentlemen working here are all OUTSTANDING AND PROFESSIONAL! There is a guess-the-weight of their Seahawks steak and if you guessed it right, you get to take it home! THANK YOU JOHN, JON, RON, CLAYTON, pretty sure I missed one if not a couple, probably the one who made a comment to the effect of WE DRESS UP AT THE BUTCHER SHOP! AND, YES, THEY DO! Cannot thank you enough! Watch out for Gordon Ramsay!

If you are a meat lover, this is the spot for you! We picked up a filet and a 30 day dry aged bone in ribeye. Nothing beats these steaks! His and hers. We are going to try their new Mediterranean chicken sausage tomorrow and will report back! I want to try everything here. The staff are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, it’s fun to pop in and chat with them. A huge variety of unique spices, sauces, and more as well. And they will be selling wine soon too! The place is expensive but I figured let's give them a go... Not super impressed by this butchery... Flap of meat on a $40 ribeye...

EDIT: I went back to the shop today. The staff were courteous and friendly and replaced the rib eye with a smile. I am very impressed in how this whole thing has been handled and despite the buthery issue with this one steak, it (and the porterhouse we bought) was very delicious and the handling of the problem has left me really impressed. Good work, keep it up :)

I found this place in Woodenville over the larger butcher chains. Love their selection and great service, knowledge and advice. I asked for meat cuts to make my own Boereworse (South African sausage). We shared recipes and the photos are my end result. Thanks guys.

This butcher shop offers excellent cuts of meat, including the ability to order custom cuts. It won't be cheap compared to getting your proteins from a grocery store, but the quality is top notch and very fresh.

Today's purchase was a couple of gorgeous, thick-cut porterhouse. The marbling was excellent, making for an unctuous, juicy finished steak.

If you're looking for a quality butcher, I highly recommend them!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the meat selection is great quality.

This is an awesome butcher. My friends were throwing a holiday feast and we had a bit of a “dog ate my turkey” situation. No, seriously. The offered to replace the turkey on the house and I was the one to go pick up the replacement. They were so nice and accommodating, and the turkey was probably the best I’ve ever had.

We stopped here for the first time and were blown away by not only the selection, quality and price of meat, but also by the welcoming, warm and helpful butchers. They hooked us up and ensured that we will be coming back regularly. I love how they stand behind the quality of their meat and tell you to bring it back for exchange if it doesn’t exceed your expectations.

I came in to get Prime rib and maybe some other cuts depending on what caught my eye. I worked with Jeff to choose the right cut and snagged Bratwurst and ground beef too. He was very humorous, personable, and knew his stuff. I got a really nice cut of Prime rib that was delicious!
They have such a variety of selections from blueberry breakfast sausage to multiple flavors of pepperoni. I will absolutely be coming back.

Just the kindest people with the best products. We come in for special occasions and they’re able to walk us through the meat cuts and the ingredients in their marinades to make sure we keep our GF family members safe. We ordered a turkey from them for Thanksgiving and it did not disappoint. We cannot recommend them enough!

Came here not expecting much, just trying to get our fix of prime rib since there's no Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse nearby!! Was blown away by the service. You come in and are instantly given a warm greeting and the most delicious smoked aroma you can imagine; when we made our choice, we were given some friendly recommendation by the staff and some great ideas for cooking to boot! Definitely will be coming back, you guys rock!

So glad to have this place in town! Great selection and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. We went in for a turkey and ham for a holiday meal and both were exceptional!

Came in for some beef short ribs and they gave me a free sample of some of the best jerky I've had in my life. The ribs were excellent as well and the staff was knowledgeable and super helpful. I'll be coming back!

Solid selection of meats, sauces, and marinades. The house made sausages are super flavorful. The person behind the counter was super friendly and funny to boot. This is my new favorite local butcher!
