This store single-handedly restored my trust in MetroPCS customer service in person. I recently gave a review of a Norristown PA store which was the worst experience I've ever had with Metro, largely in part with the owner trying to price gouge items and services. What I couldn't achieve in 10 minutes at the Norristown store I was able to achieve in 4 minutes at this Phoenixville store. Pedro, the representative at the store was very courteous and professional. The pricing and terms I was given by him were right in line with what I was told by MetroPCS Customer Care the night before. I highly recommend this store over any in the surrounding area.

Went in to upgrade my phone to an Iphone previously had the LG K20. Service was quick and he was super helpful. Contacts and pictures were all transferred at no extra charge. Definitely better than the previous Metro location.

I am a Metro customer have been for years. I lost my phone and went over for help. Totally amazed how fast I was able to upgrade to a I Phone and get back online again . Great competent service is why I have been a customer for years. Thanks Guys :) !

Came in for a new service plan and got way more than I wanted! Amazon prime for free? No brainer. The employees were really informative and kind. Highly suggest this metro location
