Brandon was super helpful during my visit! Not only did he help with everything we were doing, but he was very friendly and down to earth. He even stayed late to make sure we had a flawless phone transition after upgrading. The other rep there was Jordan. He wasn't the one working with us, but he took time to talk to us and was also very friendly! Highly reccomend working with either of those two reps!

Went in to upgrade my phone, Brandon made the process simple and easy. He was on his way out (his shift ended) and he ended up staying late to help me out. Love my new S23 Ultra so far! Couldn't recommend this place enough. Both Brandon and Jordan were friendly and attentive. 10/10 would recommend this location. Will be coming back for sure!

Jordan at the Phoenixville Verizon Wireless store provided exceptional service. He took his time with me in upgrading my phone and watch that I bought from Samsung directly. Then made sure everything transferred and was working properly while he assisted other customers.

Jordan is a tremendous asset to the company. My mom and I showed up 10 minutes prior to closing and he stayed 40 minutes after closing to help solve a dire situation that was caused by Verizon’s customer service over the phone where all phones on account were deactivated. Jordan is amazing!! He needs a promotion!

Jordan went above and beyond in helping me with the promotion as a new Verizon customer. He navigated seamlessly through some challenges which weren’t his fault. Highly recommend to ask for Jordan when visiting the Phoenixville location.

I visited this store as I need to replace my phone. There were a number of customers but the manager, Saamir, really kept things moving along. He was friendly, kept the line moving and kept everybody up to date as to where we were! By far the best experience I ever had in the phone store. Gail

Saamir was an absolute saint. Not only did he help 2-5 people simultaneously, but he knew his products/services extensively, and even managed a particularly difficult client while I was there with Grace and kindness. He needs a promotion and a raise.

MAJOR SHOUT OUT to Phoenixville Verizon store staff member, Steven, for stopping his day and walking us through how to get our hot spot password. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but we just moved to the area and the cable company we were going to us couldn't install our cable/wifi (due to the builders mistake). We both work from home and have been using our phone hotspot to do work and we've been racking up a huge bill. We called Verizon for cable but they couldn't come until July 8th (it's 6/29 today) so we purchased a hot spot from the Verizon store in Wyomissing but the password they wrote down was wonky and we were freaking out. We called Verizon and they sent us all over the planet and then finally we ended up with Steven in Phoenixville who saved the day.
Get this man a raise, Verizon! It's employees like him who make people actually want to do business with your company.

Went in today because I had dropped my phone. I knew I needed a new one and I'm glad I went in. Samir was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the process easy and understandable. He wasn't pushy and chatted with me while he set up my new phone. The process takes awhile but we were so busy talking before I knew it, it was done. Thanks Samir for your help!

I am sharing this review on behalf of my mother. She had a wonderful experience today with your team member, Drew Hale. He spent time with my mom troubleshooting issues with her tablet. He was patient, very nice and stayed with her and it until the issue was remedied. She is back in business and she shared Drew could not have been nicer or more accommodating.
