I've never enjoyed going to a phone store until today. The 3pm crew on 3/8/24 were very knowledgeable and great to talk to as I was waiting for my phone to transfer data! Very personable, friendly, and funny staff. Will only go to this location!

I had a fantastic experience with Bobby from Phoenixville T Mobile.
He was very Professional, Knowledgeable, Kind, and Understanding.
He answered all of my questions. He made me feel like a older individual who has many questions.

The staff here was super helpful and quick to boot! I remember a few years back switching carriers and spending 3+ hours in the store. I was out in under 50 minutes (switching 3 lines!) Really appreciated the great service here and encourage you to choose them as your t- mobile store of choice (plus, seriously, it's time to get off those other carriers whose service is not worth 2-3x what you'll get from t- mobile). Love my free Netflix!

So this morning I ported a number over from AT&T was not unhappy but I saw the trade in Promotion TMobile was running $ 830 for an iPhone 8. I didn’t totally understand the promotion and went in to get a quote. Branden (new manager) helped me through the process. I asked a ton of questions and when I didn’t understand I just asked and he explained it in a way that really made sense. He walked me through the entire process. I walked out with an amazing deal. A complete understanding of the bill and what to expect and guess what it was actually the cost he said it would be. No smoke and mirrors. After the phone was set up he helped me wipe the old phone and packed it up to send back to TMobil. EVERYTHING was handled and I owe a huge amount of thanks to TMobils newest manager. Thanks!

Today we went to by a new phone,my son's phone was haveing some issues and he has wanted a new I phone 11* ..not much of a wait,greeted as we walked in and the place was well lit floors clean and looked well stocked. The help( Robert) was very knowledgeable and professional very helpful and pleasent.
Over all the time spent here was very short and pleasent,I recommend this TMobile to anyone who would like to switch... T-Mobile of 390 schuylkil Rd I give you five stars,,,

I spent over 2 hours in the store the other day while Natalie helped to basically rearrange my plan with some family members. She had to deal with questions from all three of us while being on the phone for 2 hours with T-Mobile customer service. Natalie never lost patience and stayed professional, offered suggestions, and answered all of our questions with a smile. She's definitely a great example of what customer service should be and I can't think of a better representative for T-Mobile. Great job Natalie, thank you so much!
The store is on the smaller side, but very organized and seems to have everything you would need at a T-Mobile store. My only suggestion would be to add seating for guests who may be in the store for a while.

Tom was so helpful! He greeted me at the door right as I walked in and introduced himself. I broke my phone and he got me an awesome deal on an upgrade to the new Samsung S8. He explained the new features like face recognition, the new security options, and protection plans. He also helped pick out a case and screen protector, and even put the screen protector on for me!

We used to go to the Collegeville location, however, after an employee there was extremely rude to us we were forced to find a new “home store”. So after receiving our online purchase of a new iPhone that needed to be set up, and an accessory we needed to return, we went to the Phoenixville store. Julio was extremely helpful and polite with getting all our needs resolved. This is a process that can be pretty stressful if you’re not a tech-savvy individual, so it was nice having someone who was as patient as Julio was. Phoenixville definitely has our business moving forward. Thank you for all of your help!

I just want to say how much I appreciated their help in figuring everything out I highly recommend going to the Phoenixville (T-Mobile) and asking for one of those three I could not have asked for a better experience !!!!! I think I just made three new best friends !! (: you guys ARE FABULOUS!

Came here to get my sister an Apple Watch for her birthday and wound up upgrading my Dad's device as well. The manager and associate working were extremely helpful in processing everything.

These people helped me out with a warranty exchange, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Awesome service, extremely friendly. MOST IMPORTANTLY THIS STORE IS NOT RELATED TO THE SCUMBAGS DOWN THE STREET NEAR DIMINOS WHO SCREWED OVER MY MOTHER!

The service and location are user friendly . And the competency and efficiency are heads and tails above all competitors . I am pleased with how pleasant my experience was . This place is Gucci !

Had to get a new sim card for two of my phones. They swapped one in store and let me have the other to do on my own at home.

Robert and Tessa were polite and helped me with setting up and resetting my old phone
