Wonderful experience today, notably with Michael! Another young lady was also welcoming and both treated me with professionalism, respect and kindness when I needed a “check engine light” checked. MIchael was able to quickly test with a monitor for free. Turned out the code came up saying it was just an oxygen sensor reading which allowed me to safely continue driving. That was such a relief since it was a Sunday and most other places are closed.I highly recommend and will turn to this place for future needs.

Late at night they were more than willing to have me stop by and stay in my car while the ran a test onmy altanater .It passed and I will forever be grateful.

I stopped by this location to get touch-up paint for my 2006 Buick LeSabre. I took a photo of the car and requested help finding the best match. The young person who helped me did an exemplary job. The paint is virtually an exact match. My unaided color sense has never been up to this task. The reason this mattered so much to me is the LeSabre only has 41,877 miles on it.

Then, I somehow dropped my wallet in the parking lot unknowingly and left. I called the store. They remembered me, and they retrieved and returned my wallet!

If all that is not exemplary customer service, I do not know what would be!

Mike was so amazing! He helped me find hard to find parts not just once but twice in a weeks time. They were quick to get them transferred into their location. Extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them.

John and Mike are the best! They were so nice and so helpful and it would be the only place around I would think of for any auto part needs!!!. We needed last minute wiper blades for a longer drive in the rain. They were about to close and they helped me and even put them on the car. They were lifesavers. In an era where some places don’t care about customer service, I am so thankful when I come across the exact opposite. I would highly recommend O’Reilly Cranberry. They are top notch!!!

Good local chain for auto parts. Reasonable prices, good selection of items online and in store.

Stopped by to get a new turn signal bulb and was helped without hesitation. I forgot the workers name, but very helpful and went above and beyond. Thanks for the help and making my day just that much easier.

I called around for prices for a new battery. O'Reilly had the best prices and the most options in the area. Rich came out and tested my battery. He told me that the battery was OK, but something else mechanically was keeping it from charging. He advised me to have a mechanic look it over. They did not sell me a battery I did not need. They did not charge me anything for diagnostic tests on my battery. They were honest, and for that I plan to return to them for all my auto parts needs, and I highly recommend them.

I recently went to O'Reilly's after NAPA mad me upset. I checked online for a part at NAPA and confirmed they had it. When I arrived the man behind the counter told me the website was wrong and the only part they had was more expensive. I left on principle.
I went to O'Reilly and told the manager what I needed and what happened at NAPA. Not only was he super friendly, a stark contrast to the employee at the other store, he offered me a small discount! That was not at all necessary but from now on when doing auto repair my first thought for parts will be O'Reilly.

Called ahead to check if an item was in stock. Keith pulled it aside without me asking and installed wipers and washer fluid quickly and was very polite. Will definitely use this shop in the future!

I just wanted to compliment both Trevor and Casey for their outstanding customer service. the two filters that I needed were priced matched and beat! Casey even replaced the incorrect size filter with correct size and was kind enough to put it in for me!

I needed to change my brake light, stopped in and not only was Mark pleasant to work with, he offered without me even asking, to assist with the bulb. Very friendly, will be back.

I've been there a few times over the last couple of months and have always been treated great. Keith is extremely helpful & knowledgeable about anything I throw at him.

John and Mark were lifesavers for me. John jump started my car so I could get home. The next day both John and Mark got the new battery in. I am forever grateful.

I always go to O'Reilly Auto. I'm not very knowledgeable with cars but I know a little and the gentleman there are always nice to help me. Some services they would do for free and I must say it's quite helpful when it's something I don't know.

Very clean store, associates are very helpful. Got front wheel bearing and they also have free rental tools that doing specialized jobs.

Awesome customer service as well as good prices in a seem to always have what I need in stock for an old 1991 Nissan 300ZX. Very impressed!

Great auto parts store, i used to use napa and others but Orileys seems to have better inventory, helpful people and good prices, that about sums it up!

Casey and the team did a fantastic job, highly recommend. One of the best stores I have been in.
