Thomas and Cristian were super helpful! They were both super patient with my mom and I and I loved how they both would break it down to explain everything to us :) they were both some of the nicest people I’ve come across compared to other T-Mobile’s in El Paso! They both were super patient and kind when we had any doubts or questions, I can’t thank them enough :)

I highly recommend this location to current or prospective tmobile customers. I previously had horrible customer service from the Eastlake location and visited this location today. Rita listened attentively, was professional, courteous and within 10 minutes resolved all of my issues. She is truly an asset to Tmobile and this location.

KARLA, LIZ, ABE, and ASHLEY are amazing. As busy as they were I saw the whole crew trying their absolute hardest to help out every client that walked in the door. “No,” was not a part of their vocabulary and they are the picture definition of 5 star Customer service.

KARLA was incredibly patient and understanding of my situation. She was kind enough to explain every option that was made available to me and helped me select devices and a plan that suited me and my needs.

T-Mobile corporate wasn’t easy to get in touch with, but this crew deserves a raise and a vacation, especially Karla.

Me and my son were greeting as soon as we enter the store and told they would be with us shortly to assist us. Andrea helped us out. Besides the great customer service she gave us, Andrea was very knowledgeable with the store products and its specs. She helped us until my son's new phone had all its information from his old phone transferred. She also was glad to install the screen shield and case. Thanks for the great service.

Been with them about five years luv them but ordered galaxy 5 watch 3 times and never received any and been electronically invaded but that's part of the electronic age. Service is good.

Great service at this location, ironically there was a young man named Jairo as well! He was of great help and helped me an my family switch our 10 business lines over to T-Mobile with great promotions and free phones and tablets! Recommending this place to all of my family and friends.

We had a great experience with a young man named Raul R. He did a great job of breaking down the services that T-Mobile had to offer and helped us compare to our previous provider. We didn’t walk away with accessories this time around but he was adamant about getting us a good deal if we came back. He’s very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend you ask for him! Walked into the store to add my wife to my plan, and ended up saving money, getting my wife and myself a brand new phone thanks to Daniel. He was very friendly and professional. You can really tell he cares for his customers and wants the best for them.

By far the best location I have been too! Jacklyn and Juan were amazing employees. We switched over from verizon to t-mobile and they made our experience wonderful! It was a quick and fast process, they were helping out in setting everything up and making sure we would walk out with our phone working properly. Ive also been texting with Jacklyn to ask her questions about how everything works and she replys back fast. Ive also called into to the location and everyone there is so happy, always very welcoming. What else from a customer can you ask for then amazing customer service. The store manager as well came by when we were at the location and she was very nice, making sure we were getting well taken care of. Me and the family are beyond happy with the phone service and with the customer service we got at the location.

I was recently surprised with an unexpected bill for 2 phones that I had canceled months ago. After repeated calls to T-Mobile’s customer service I was unable to resolved the error. I decided to contact a local store for some help. Jacklyn was quick to resolve the issue by making the call to customer service. She was also able to clearly explain what the issue was. I want to acknowledge her and her staff for taking the time to help me even though they were extremely busy and they knew they weren’t making a sale with me. Thank you Jacklyn and staff.

One of the friendliest staff there is Raul and DeeDee were very kind and helpful. They were attentive to whatever we needed and any questions we had. Very sweet people and would definitely recommend.
