I needed 2 paint matches for my home. Mr. Salcedo was so helpful and kind. He tested each to make sure it was the match I needed. He provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!

Went in about an hour before close. Spoke with Alyx and gave her probably the smallest paint sample and she was able to get it matched up on the first try. Great help and service.

Alyx was very helpful since my wife and I walked in the door. Great customer service from her. Will gladly comeback to this place for more paint.

Love SW paint becuase I can always match it and do touch ups. I have touched up paint 8 years later, no issues. Bought a gallon to touch up paint in a bathroom we had work done on and it did not match. I told the store this and they said that since it had been two years the color had faded. I am paying $70 (on sale) for paint that is gonna fade ? Never had SW paint fade before anyways...bought another gallon. Started repainting the whole bathroom and half through I see huge streaks of white in the paint (blue paint). I go back to the store and tell them - first one paint did not match (paid contracts used it) - second gallon I used and this one was not mixed. I asked for a new gallon at no cost and was told to come back and talk to a manager. I paid for a third can asked that is be mixed correctly and left. So $240 latter I got paint that matched exactly. Do yourself a favor and go to the SW on Zaragoza, this location in my opinion is not mixing there paint well on purpose to sell more paint. - Interesting that after 10 months they reply to other reviews but not this one.

Worst customer service dealing with Jeremiah ... store needs experienced personnel working at this store. Ended up spending all my money on paint at The Home Depot instead.
