AT&T Store

I came in on Saturday to upgrade two phones on my plan Jeff H helped us greeted us very promptly was very knowledgeable he did an awesome job. I came back in on Sunday was greeted by Pablo to upgrade another phone and he did awesome as well you have some really great employees here. Thank you.

I visited this store yesterday to get help about updating my phone and using APP. I was helped by Xavier Castleberry. He was very nice and kind, provided me an excellent service. I sincerely appreciated his help!

I cannot complement Xavier Castleberry enough. I have been trying to get my esim unlocked for DAYS and in a desperate attempt to not have to be on hold for hours, I stopped by his location on Grapevine Hwy. He was unable to help us in store, but he was so helpful and gave me phone numbers to the exact representatives that would help me immediately. Thanks to Xavier I was able to get my issue resolved. I truly owe him my sanity today. So to Xavier - I thank you

This store I always visit. Their service was great. Alexis was my sells person, she was very friendly and helpful.

I ported a land line to a cellular phone and has some trouble during the process. Zach was able to help me solve the problems. What I appreciated the most was when I walked in I had a hard problem to solve. I was speaking with a tech, he said he would take care of me. He took the initiative to do the harder job because he knew it was more complicated. Great leadership quality. Great store. Highly recommend.

Leslie was incredibly helpful! Came in to upgrade my daughter phone for her birthday and he helped me so much in choosing which phone to get! He went as far as to help me pick the perfect protective case to match the latest kid trends that would match her phone perfectly! I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge of all the products and his costumer service! Thank you so much for making her birthday special!

We were met at the door by William who far exceeded our expectations! He was fast, efficient, and friendly. He switched over my phone, helped with a protective case and screen, and I left completely ready to use my new phone. No surprises when I got home!! He also helped scrub my old phone and load my husband’s info to the old phone. Great job. We highly recommend Will for great service and attitude.

Walked into this location to help my parents upgrade their phone. I know a few things about the process so I wanted to hear the reps out. Instantly was helped by Will and Leslie. I didn’t have to do or say anything because these guys knew exactly what they were talking about and helped save us money in the long run. Awesome experience with these two gentlemen. Consider this location if you are planning on buying a new phone. Very professional.

Amazing experience! Came in with an Apple Watch that another store could not pair to my account and Steve and Randy fixed it within minutes. Super courteous and ready to help- way better then the phone 1 hour conversation that also could not help. They were so great I decided to upgrade two of my phones- the process was seem less and I was out the door all set up in no time!

I came here for help with my cell rel. Both the manager & the sales person were very helpful. They helped me get my new telephone from insurance programmed to work and explained in detail that I could understand how to purchase new services that would help me get the most from my service. I moved into my new house only two weeks ago. Once I get settled and know what will work best for me, I intend to come back & get additional service. I am a retired Communications consultant for AT&T.

Grayson went far above and beyond helping me purchase a new phone and transfer my data. He was absolutely professional with precise attention to detail and took care of setting up my phone as if it was his own. He was very patient and kind and helped fix a major issue that I caused which took a few hours to fix. I’ll be going back and asking for him for help every time.

Randy and Bryan at this store, are the epitome of excellent customer service. Ordered a Red iPhone 12. Didn’t like it, had an issue returning it. Randy stayed in touch after a couple weeks and just was absolutely amazing in handling my experience. These are the people that MAKE a company. Parts of me were just on the fence about switching from AT&T. But after my experience with Randy and this particular store. I’m continue to be a customer.

It was barely opened at 11am and there were three customers ahead of us. But that was OK. Grayson Weldon was the representative who eventually waited on us and he did a fantastic job by first listening to our concerns and needs and he was able to address them one by one in the order we gave them to him. You should be proud to have such an employee as Grayson representing your wireless business and the products as well.

It is awesome!! Larry was the kindest and sweetest guy and was very patient with my family of 4. We each got a new phone and it took a really long time but he was super cool about it and made it really fun!!! We loved Larry and hope to see him again!!!!
