Boot Barn

What a spot! I was in Dallas for a week and wanted to pick up some authentic western wear. This was the place to go for boots and hats and jeans and shirts and more. Friendly staff. Huge selection. Reasonable prices. If you're from out of town and want some genuine Western gear (not tourist gear) then this is the place you need to go. The next day a bunch of old dolls from Philly stopped me at Buc-ee's to take a photo with me. They had mistaken an Irish guy for a genuine Texan cowboy. Dreams do come true. 😂🤠🇺🇲

Great store to shop for anything! It’s so organized and set up so that you can go right to what you need. Cavendars is always a mess and there’s no rhyme or reason to the way the store is set up! Boot Barn has great prices and the best stuff on clearance, not junk! Love this store!

When in Texas what does one do. Go boot shopping! We had a 12 hour layover and lots of fun. The prices were great with a lot of different sizes and style options

I am a costumer for life at this boot barn the costumer service here from a young lady named Celeste was over the top exceptional. Very kind and caring and helped me get my husband his boots for his Christmas gift. I recommend this location also very clean and organized the whole team is amazing!!

Went in just to look walked out with so much more!!! Fantastic staff who made sure all needs were met and great sales. My friend was able to get her husband shirts and the staff provided a box which will make for a great birthday surprise. I will definitely be back again!!!

Very good experience! They greet you at the door and ask if you're looking for something. In my case, I was. So she took me over to the area, showed me what they had, and gave me time to decide what I needed. I bought a nice pair of work boots there, and I'll be going back!

Close to the airport. I was able to stop by and grab souvenirs for my entire family in one store. Everyone that visits Texas, wants to leave with a reminder. What better way than western wear?? The staff was amazing!! They helped me quickly pick out last minute gifts. I will visit this store when I return!!

Folks here are always nice and helpful. Lots of variety of merchandise. Usually have a sale that's worth it.

Place was super clean and neat. Elizabeth C was amazing to work with and she was able to answer all of our questions and went over and under to make sure we received everything we wanted.
Mens restroom was super clean and smelt amazing.

Above and beyond customer service! Asked about boot care and Shea actually had me bring 2 pair of my boots to the store. She conditioned them and rehydrated them right there in the store. She showed me how to do it so I don't ruin my new boots I just bought from their store!! Keep up the awesome work!!! You don't get good customer service that much anymore but Shea knocked it out of the park!!!

Great expierence during this store's Grand Opening weekend. I went in to find a good pair of Work Boots.
Lauren was the employee who helped me, very knowledgeable and friendly, she helped me find several styles and brands. The Tony Lama 3R Grizzly Boots were the ones I bought and I am overwhelmingly happy with them. ( I wear them at work for 8-10 hours a day).
Gettting $20 off on the Grand Opening weekend just made things better, and I also got some Barn Bucks to use on later purchase.
I will be back.

Wow, I was quite surprised at the great variety they have! I found just what I needed for my husband's office Christmas party which was held at Southfork Ranch and I came back twice more!
