SaraMae assisted today with my shopping needs, creating outfits with her instinctive fashion sense, accompanied me to the shoe department, finding the exact right shoe for my outfit, suggesting another shoe that was flattering on my foot, plus it was on sale, accompanied me to the jewelry counter, finding the perfect earring to match for an upcoming party. She is outstanding, kind, conscientious and much more than a personal shopper! I was on a time crunch and she went above and beyond!! This is my first time in the Carlsbad location and I will go back. What a tremendous experience!

Monica helped me in the shoe department. I never write reviews, but she was the most helpful and sweetest employee. My day was stressful and I had a wedding to go to in the weekend, Monica helped me find the perfect shoes. It was the last pair in my size, and she helped me with my options. I even left with an extra pair of heels that were perfect as well! Love the customer service

Sad to see how quiet and empty the shop was but how comfortable to still be able to see and touch before you buy. I don’t like having to return things

I left my phone there yesterday while shopping upstairs. I went back 2 hours later and they quickly brought it downstairs to the return desk where I had entered the store. I was pleasantly surprised.
Also can't beat Carlsbad Macys sales and friendly associates.

Macy’s still honors the military each day with a 20% discount, they also price match every day.

Tommy in men's suits is absolutely fantastic at his job. Spot on with fitting my husband with the perfect suit. He knows his stuff and his experience shows. What a great experience. Highly recommend going to see Tommy when you need to look good. We thought customer service was a thing of the past until today!

2021-1230: I enjoy shopping at Macy’s. The brands they carry are typically great quality and following. The cashiers/staff are always helpful and polite.

Preparing for my class reunion, I stopped in to have some strip eyelashes put on, and the cosmetologist was fabulous. Thank you!!
