I'm not new to Lowe's only this location on Metro Parkway in Sterling Height, Michigan.
Here, it's about the staff.

After picking up a few items I got bogged down looking on my own for a specialty wrench to use for our gas fireplace. No less than five staffers helped but it was Janell (hopefully that's how he spells it) found a team member who had a good idea where we could find it. Janell went to the section and brought it to me. He was busy with new inventory but managed to help me and not give up. Thanks to the staff for making this shopping experience fun.

I drove 50 miles to this location from my home to buy Christmas decor that no other Lowe's store had. When I arrived at 7:30 am I walked to the Christmas department only to find that the place my item was supposed to be in was empty. Feeling frustrated and upset (the Lowe's website said this location had 5 in stock), a nice young girl rounded the corner and asked me if I needed any help. I told her I had just driven 50 miles to buy the item I was after, and the bin was empty. She immediately pulled out her portable scanner and scanned the bin tag. She smiled and said, "I have 8 of them, I'll be right back." About 3 minutes later, she arrived in the aisle with the scissor lift and brought them down from a top shelf. She was even kind enough to let me look at them all and choose the best one. She was great. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but she was beyond helpful and very accommodating. It made my 2 hour round trip well worth it.

This staff is amazing they live my dogs and take great care of the consumers

Had to stop in for some items for a side job. A lot of new items within most departments and store was extremely clean. Highly recommend coming here for all your home improvement needs. They now have state of the art paint department as of last week 10/14/2023

Plenty of parking, handicap parking and entrance.

They accept cash, credit cards, debit cards and some gift cards

Also, selected programs for Pros with regards to credit cards

They will now be hosting Klein Tools and Carhart in the next few weeks. Come check the new items out. All by the Pro section of each store

Definitely would go back. They have high quality kitchen table sets for very reasonable. And the shipping supervisor she actually contacted me to let me know what was going on and when I could pick up my order and then when it was processed and ready she personally called me very nice touch. Would definitely recommend this product very nice table set for a great price. Went to gardner-white's because I bought my front room set there my bed. And the price difference with this exact set was over $250. Really happy with my purchase through Lowe's and I will actually be buying my outdoor sectional from Lowe's.

Love this place! Helpful, knowledgeable people. They have everything from odd size to hard to find nuts and bolts, tools for all kinds of different jobs.

I bought a grill from this store. Store associate is really help me a lot to buy a best grill from Lowe's. Associate name Tuhin. He is really good guy. He recommend to buy a Weber 3 Burner grill. They really helped me with the paint, several times. Friendly staff, especially at the customer service desk. My go-to hardware store.

My favorite shop for anything home improvement. I can't say enough about the knowledgeable and friendly staff. The management team is excellent as well (I had to see managers on multiple occasions for good reasons. My recent curbside pickup experience was so smooth. Absolutely love this place.

Garden area was really fun to shop. There were people to assist! Candice was the cashier she had such a great smile. There was a line however she didn't let it bring her down. She knew the merchandise and was very efficient. I really enjoyed my visit!

Karen helped me with a price change at checkout and was an absolute delight. Great attitude and quick to help. She deserves a raise but who doesn't these days! Found some good bargains on special order returns and mis-tinted paint. Also the girl at the paint desk was very kind and helpful but I didn't catch her name.

Karen in the garden center is outstanding. She helped me out more then I can think. Very friendly and always knows how to people.

I'm sure everybody knows Lowe's, but they really should have a program like Menards where you get some kind of percentage off of your receipts. And when they do it should be a little bit easy or then.
