Today I almost cancelled my internet but thanks to Jonathan for all the help. He helped me with explaining my bill and provided service with a smile. Definitely gonna keep coming back to this location!

Jonathan’s customer service was excellent. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and informative. I live in West Ventura but drive to Oxnard because of the consistent excellence I receive at AT&T Oxnard.

Jesus helped me set up my iPhone that was not working previously. He waited patiently with me for 2 hours for the phone to update and save information as needed, and we chatted about school life and history of local towns. I really appreciate the help he gave me, and the amicability of all the staff at this location!

Jesus was amazing i went in for help on my trade in and he went the extra mile to help me out. I was assisted properly as there was a mix up on how it needed to be done properly as i had gone in for the upgrade at best buy.
