I used to come here commonly due to their different variety of sodas and they were consistent on keeping them stocked. I would come here sometimes twice a day and pick up whatever almost every day for several years. Cleanliness was whatever but they did do a decent job keeping most items stocked which I felt was most important.

But recently, I did notice a change in attitude with the recent staff and worse yet, I had my card skimmed. Soon I found several unauthorized purchases (Almost $100 worth) with my card and ended up having to replace my credit card. Ever since then, I cant trust this place anymore and any other 7-11s.

(And no Mr. 711 bot, I will not go to your website to complain.)

Rude girl at cashier was handling cash and touching food with out gloves or mask on.. She spazzed out on me when I asked politley If she can put one on. She threatened to call the cops and also called her boss saying I was harassing her. Apparently she's not aware we are in the middle of a pandemic. Very unprofessional

7-eleven should be ashamed of their choice in employees. I came in to grab a couple drinks and hear the employee raising her voice and using some foul language aimed at what I think was a DoorDasher. If you don’t have the patience to answer a question or 2, then don’t work in a customer oriented field. The DoorDasher looked like she was going to cry.

There are plenty of other places to stop next time, I will definitely avoid this 7-eleven.

Very rude sales associate, older man looked African American I would say, horrible attitude, my kids were getting slurpee but the large cup didn't fit under the machine with the lid, so it spilled a little, then my daughter took off the lid, after he came over and told her in a very bad attitude, super aggressive towards her, that she was suppose to put the lid on before filling, after she had took off the lid because it spilled. She went ahead and put the lid back on while he was watching over her shoulders then tried filling. And guess what? it spilled again. Then he said "well then take it off and fill it because the cup is too big to fit under" which we had already experienced that the first time. Which was already the case, with lid off, before he had told her to put the lid back on. He then walked off shaking his head.

I had an experience at the counter with the owners son and he doesn't seem to have any knowledge about how the company runs with the offers that is given, such and size and type.I went and got a coffee the second time (because the son said that '7th free cup' is only for coffee, as shown on the picture)

Went back to register to pay for my coffee and the older man, again, at the counter he gave a major attitude while scanning my item because I mentioned that there should be a free cup on my app. Which I did not receive. I was already irritated from the issue before, he added more rudeness to my experience, not only that the old caucasian lady had to add her opinion in the back round, which definitely did NOT help the situation , only made it worse!!! I was just gonna pay for it but figured why support this location if I get disrespected like that, so I just left it and walked out. Suck because this is my neighborhood location. Guess I will just drive to the one on orangethorpe from now on. At least they are more welcoming and not so rude to customers!!! I'd give a 0 star if possible!!! I feel bad for owners because their employees GREAT customer service is chasing away their profit!!! I for one will Never go back to this location!!!

To the lady working there around 6:40pm on the afternoon of September 6th, no one was in the store besides me and you pretended to just get busy and start packing an order for delivery. So I missed the bus. Thanks to you, the next one would be one hour later. Didn’t want to sit on the bench in front of your store to wait for the bus so I took a longer route to where I live. Wonder what you were thinking in your head besides your red awkward face when I told you that. Have a good shift.

I'm sorry but I'm going to sound like a Karen right now. I was in uniform showing up to the 7-Eleven location at approximately at 1:30 p.m. April 8 2021. As I approached inside the store I realized and noticed the cashier which is a young female(possibly 28 yo) was not wearing her mask at all ,she had it hidden underneath her chin near her neck, which right now we are in a covid-19 pandemic and dealing with a germ virus. I also realized that she was being very distracted from something so as I was purchasing something, I was finally able to come up to the register, I noticed that there was a few customers in front of me that had to repeat their self at least 3-4x she kept saying the wrong answer as someone was trying to put a certain amount of money at a gas pump and she kept saying the wrong gas pump number 4 different times and it was getting the customer upset and guess what?! she was on her cell phone while getting distracted, I guess her cell phone was more important than finishing up with having a customer in front of her. Now it was my turn to purchase something she didn't even say hello how are you which I'm always looking for customer service and before I was able to even pay she was distracted on being on her cell phone text messaging and I asked her what is the amount of payment and she couldn't respond back because again her phone was more important than who was really in front of her. Finally I was able to pay but I had to wait for her to confirm my payment which she took an extra few seconds to respond back until I mention it looks like your cell phone seems more important than getting my payment done(she started blabbering excuses that I didnt care for an explanation). I probably will not return back to this location at this time anymore seems like there's nothing but bad customer service at this location the people working at the cashier seem very careless about their actions and duties and the job that they do is very easy. I hope that whoever reads this pays attention to the workers and realize and try to see if they actually greet you when entering inside the store. Now for management I hope you guys look into this and make sure that your employees are actually working and not distracted on their cell phones while they are taking care of that customer. I will remain to leave this review on Yelp because I find this a very important message to get out there for people's behavior on their performance at their job site.

Very bad customer service. Old lady there, i respect her working at that age but is really really rude. She is very rude to all the customers specially non american ones. I have had Very bad experience during my few visits there. Will not recommend.if possible i will give 0 star to this place.
