Royal Farms

This location is easy to get to. I am a rewards member so I paid about 9 cents per gallon less than the other gas stations nearby. I also love their western fries and Chesapeake sauce.

This royal farms is amazing! Lance the manager has awesome positive energy and his team of managers is TOP NOTCH!! Best costumer service in Harford county...HAnds down thanks guys....

One problem. We ordered the 10 piece dark meal special, $15 . It is expensive.
There was a young white male that appeared out of the back, he walked behind the chicken counter, stuck his fingers inside the bucket and started to fill our order. He did not wash his hands or put on the plastic food gloves. There was a young lady that had come in, said hello, started washing her hands. I asked the young white male not to serve us due to his unsanitary practices. The young lady, after washing her hands, placed the gloves on her hands, removed the 3 buckets that the male assoc had stuck his fingers inside, then served us our meal. We asked the male associate why he didn't do as the young lady, he just walked away, nonchalantly and unapologetically. Please do not allow this person around the food.

BEST ROYAL FARMS STORE BY FAR

There was a male cashier working who told the same corny joke to me and the 2 other customers ahead of me. I was having a rough day and his joke made me chuckle thank you for making me smile today :)

This is the best Royal Farms that I've ever been to. The staff is always very pleasant, efficient, and remember their regular customers. The food is always fantastic, fresh, and correct. The staff is always present at the front counter for those who don't need self-checkout, which is definitely helpful when you need to get in and out.

I have to say this is my favorite royal farms!!!! my husband and I stop here every morning before work. Everyone is so pleasant! The store always looks nice. Lance is a great manager! His customer service is absolutely outstanding!!! King is always so helpful and kind!!!! Mimi works in the deli and she is so sweet !!!
