❤ An overall great experience! Their staff is incredible. What a hidden treasure 💎. Ambiance and atmosphere were perfect 🤩 . Food was great and our server Kendall was impeccable. Surely worth the stop! An inside bar and plenty of table seating.

Wonderful time here came with my church group after a couples retreat everyone was so satisfied with everything good service and staff was great Our server Emily was very attentive we had a party of 18 we will definitely come again

Was so blessed that they were open on thanksgiving. Our family was driving across the state and got hungry. Gladly they were open, food was so good. 100% recommended.

Very good experience, although I did take notice that the servers don't take note if you were to say, order a medium steak, and the person next to you orders the same but medium rare, they wouldn't know the difference.

That and if you go there a little later at night, it's noticeable that they overcompensate with the heat a bit, since they are on the shoreline.

Overall, a nice night out with family complimented with good food.

My husband and I went for valentines day dinner. I'm a foodie and cook. The food this evening was fabulous! We had a wonderful time. The server was attentive but not to much so. They had a violin player. So worth the money!

I recently visited this restaurant with a friend while in town for the day. The food was outstanding! I ordered a fried platter with fish, crabcake, hush puppies, baked potato and HUGE shrimp (extra shrimp instead of oysters). It was amazing! Not to mention, the tartar sauce was delicious (not all tartar is created equal for sure)!!! Additionally, we had crabs, and they were hot, meaty and well-seasoned. The crowning part of the meal was the phenomenal service! Kelly was on it! She was quick, efficient and extremely kind. I look forward to bringing my wife back with me next time. Thank you Wellwood, and thank you, Kelly. The BEST!!!

Amazing place to go! The staff is very nice and our waitress was phenomenal. She was very helpful and attentive.

My older daughter and I enjoyed the endless crab and my youngest loved her butter noodles with parmesan. Our server, Sebastian, was so kind and attentive without being pushy. The fried chicken was moist and flavorful, but we came for the crab. Best I've had in the last ten years. The Charlestown mule complemented the meal.

I've been at the Crab Shack and the fine dining area many times. LOVE the food, service is always amazing, and the atmoshpere is cozy. You have to try Scallops Rockefeller! The seasoned cheese topping is a secret recipe made by the owner. Amazing flavor and large portions. You will not be disappointed!

Had a great experience at the Well wood. I had the shrimp tacos which were fantastic and plentiful. The service was really good and I love the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place. Some things are a little pricey but well worth it.

First time there. Beautiful old restaurant. Walked over to the formal dining room, beautiful. They have a great bar and a casual eating area and outside dining. Food was very good.

A wonderful place for any occasion, special or otherwise. Gracious service and a sumptuous meal is hard to beat. Highly recommend when in the area. Best crab cakes ever!!

Food is always amazing and top notch service. Best crabs I have had in years and the vinegar mix to dip is delicious. Can’t go wrong with Steaks or crab cakes. Oysters are always fresh and ask for the Rockfish Johnnies hot sauce. Highly recommend and would also make reservations. Is pricey but worth the money.

Went therefor dinner. We both ordered a seafood dinner. And the food was very tasty and delicious. The waitress was spot on with her service. Have gone before, will go back again.

My first time there. Had the all you can eat crabs, corn, chicken, hush puppies. Best crabs I have had all season. Nice and full seasoned just right. My friend had as she said the best bloody Marys. Desert was peach cobbler awesome, bananas Wellwood she said they were delicious. The waitress was just the best, the manager also made sure he went to every table.

What a super great place. My wife and i celebrated our 32 Anniversary here and it was awesome. Thank you for giving us a great dinner. Definitely will be back. I recommend this place to everyone.

Food is always amazing, they tend to get very busy during the summer months but we went in December and had An amazing meal, great seafood and great drinks, surrounding area is very nice as well, right across the street from a marina and a nice pier for walking or fishing

My wife had Salmon and I the Prime Rib. It was awesome and our waiter, John, was spot on! Beautiful historic 60 year old restaurant beautifully decorated. GO THERE!
