Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics of Havre de Grace

All of the staff were welcoming and helpful.

We were there to see the orthodontist after having a previous evaluation from a different pediatric ortho. Main street were very thorough and took much more time and attention with evaluating my son for braces. We were given different options for treatment which was great news since i felt uncomfortable with the single treatment plan the previous ortho had given us. Dr Branson (the orthodontist) was very friendly and personable made sure i understood the plan moving forward and the next steps needed to be taken. I highly recommend main street with any pediatric dental cares they seem like they really care about their patients.

Ortho consult for my daughter Rylee Hale went very well. Always a pleasant experience here and my 4 children are always in great hands and taken very well care of at each visit. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The front desk is very patient, friendly, accommodating, and informative when scheduling my children's dental needs. They send multiple reminders via email, text, and phone calls which I appreciate having multiple children. They also make it easy to fill out paperwork before your visit, right from your phone.

The dental assistants, hygienists, and techs are amazing. They are very detail oriented and are prepared for each guest ahead of their visit which makes for a quick visit. This is important for parents like me who have children with varying schedules.

The office is always clean and inviting. My children look forward to their visits each time. I'm happy they were able to take my children on as new patients after the pandemic and look forward to continuing service with them.

Best dentist I have ever been too! My child who is 8 had to get crowns and the dentist and assistance were amazing! He didn’t feel a thing and said he had the best experience. They were so gentle with both my kids ages 4/8. Excited to call them my kids dentist office. 10/10 all around.

Dr. Branson (Main Street’s Orthodontist) is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and personable. He took the time to explain everything fully and really made sure I was comfortable with my treatment plan. Additionally, all of the staff, from the front desk to the assistants, are super friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend Main Street!

Everyone was very Professional. They answered questions and showed cole What The appliance would look like and the process that would be used while he was wearing the we were pretty much right simultaneously Which answered all of the questions I had.

My son has been coming here since he got his first couple teeth! We love it! All the staff are friendly and the hours are very convenient. I plan to have all my future children go here!

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist and staff was very nice and informative. They made me feel right at home and as if I was a friend. They provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my kids dental need.

This was my 3year old sons second visit to the dentist ever. Everyone was so sweet and patient with my son. We had a little melt down right when they called his name but the hygienist came out to talk to him and explain what was going to happen and helped calm him down. The whole process and cleaning after that went super smooth! They were able to look at his teeth, brush, floss, the whole shabang with NO tears. So thankful for the attention and care he received to make it a pleasant visit. And the goodies and toys are an awesome incentive for the kids. We will be back in 6 months!

I loved this place so much! I used to go here since the first grade, and they’ve always treated me with care and dignity, they are especially good with working with children with disabilities and sensory issues like me. This is my last visit since I have aged out of pediatric care but I want to thank the wonderful staff here!

They are absolutely amazing Ms.kerry and Ms.Michelle were very nice very attentive ....and the service was just as good they were...its CLEAN ..very friendly and family oriented ..they answered all my questions and helped me when i was seeking help for personal services ...over all experience was amazing my kids love it there. Thanks agan ladies continue being AWESOME!!!!!

This was my daughters first time at the dentist. She is 1.5
The providers were all extremely patient with her, as well as fast and thorough. My daughter is a fighter and they were extremely accommodating. I was very nervous going into this appointment as she fights me when I try to brush her teeth, yet I left feeling confident and reassured. My child was happy as well. We will definitely be returning!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lobby wasn’t crowded, dental exam chairs were clean and equipment looked very well kept. It’s a shame they’re so good because the appts take long to get, but well worth the wait 👍🏼 my 3 and 6 year old had a great time for their first visit ever to the dentist!

Update: have been back a couple times now, there may be a few people there I don’t prefer. They are a little rough and don’t talk to/ explain to the child what’s going to be happening in their mouth when they’re doing it. We have been 3 times now, 1 for cleaning, and 2 for separate cavities to be filled. And only this last time was I unhappy with our care (5/22). The male dentist didn’t explain things, he and the assistant weren’t gentle, and they gave about 2 seconds in between the laughing gas and the numbing gel (so it was unable to do it’s job to make my child feel “comfortable”) and then the needle into my child’s gum that left his face swollen. It was really sad to see. I will request to have Gabby, and the other female dentist that did his first cavity filling for all future work. They were fantastic and very kind.

I called to make an appointment for my 2.5 year old and we were able to be seen that same week! The office was so clean, staff was incredible and my daughter had a great time. This was her first trip to the dentist so my anxiety and anticipation were sky high, and they made her feel so comfortable we both left smiling and thanking everyone! We just moved to the area and are so grateful to have found a welcoming dentist for our girl! 10/10 recommend Main Street!

I’ve been taking my daughter to Main Street Dentistry all her life. I can honestly say I’ve never had any issues or complaints. The service is always quick and efficient. The office is always clean. And the staff is amazing. We just had an appointment and everything went great as always. If you’re thinking about switching dentistries, I highly recommend this one.
