Corky's Market

Corky’s might be the most convenient convenience store in Long Beach. Nestled in a neighborhood, this family owned and operated store brings its community charm, household staples, and of course beer. They even started stocking my favorite one after I asked! And that was after the fist time I visited! To top it all off corky’s has an amazing track record of winning lotto tickets (if you into that sorta thing) those of us who are lucky enough to live nearby are all very grateful to this hard working and pleasant family who runs the store. It appears they have managed to overcome the challenge of their hidden location by focusing on serving their local community and developing relationships. They are a much needed reminder that having integrity and being of service to others will lead to success. Thank you Corky’s!

It's been a while since I visited this lil hole in the wall. But, they didn't disappoint when it came to selection. They had everything I needed and more. Which is rare nowadays. I usually have to go to more than one store at a time to get everything I need, which isn't easy when you're on foot and no buses go down that street. This was definitely your one-stop shop. For being limited on space, good job, Corky's, on such a wide range of selection! Thanks! (FYI: The only thing I don't think they carried was doggy training pads.) 🤔 A-

Update: I forgot to mention.....I went back again the following day, because I just happened to be in the area again, & guess what? They had doggy pads! Excellent work, Corky's! You guys are on it! As my daughter would say, "You guys are on fleet!" That's what I call, "being an asset to the community!" 🧑‍🎓🏆 Congrats, on upgrading to an A+! 🧐

Best small store to get everything you need

Best market In this area. It's like a mini grocery store. They have everything. Fair prices and excellent customer service

Fast, friendly and service with a smile. It's very rare to get all three nowadays. The corner store that has things from hardware items, electronic accessories and food items. Now that's what I call a local neighborhood corner store!

They are so friendly I love having the convenience of going their. They a selection of everyday needs and an Asian isle so I can try new stuff!..the canned Thai tea is life!
