I arrived at this cvs around 3:00 am on Jan 22,2024 Sandra greeted me. She was so sweet from the time I arrived until I left. She helped me so much with what I was looking for . I was looking for something that relieves itching due to eczema and she helped me beyond measures thank you so much for being so patient and polite! SHE NEEDS A RAISE! I literally got everything I needed . You have an amazing spirit !

This pharmacy has a new manager and pharmacist and they actually care now with great customer service. I was going to switch pharmacies; however, I think I’ll stay now. Give them a chance (again).

pharmacy was very helpful! I had major nausea and my doctor had just sent the rx but I had to be back at work and they tried their hardest to fill my prescription quickly!! I was only 5 minutes late for work but I really appreciate the pharmacy team working quickly to give me my prescription thank you a million times!!

The experience at CVS was wonderful. Eli was welcoming, friendly, and was able to help us get what we needed in an efficient manner. The store was clean and organized.

We came to Houston for my stepdaughter's graduation from UT, and we had to run here for drinks water ice paper cups, and we came out with some a lot of stuff. They didn't have because everybody was graduating this week, and Or having a birthday😉 They only have one basket for a people's shopping needs only because they say all the homeless people stole their baskets😵‍💫 So if you're lucky to get it. Please return it back to the people on the inside so they can keep their one basket.😁🤣

MY MORNING GOT OFF TO A REALLY RUFF START! DEBATE CALLING IN TO WORK! ALMOST EVERYTHING WRONG WAS HAPPENING TO ME! And to top it all off (TMI), I had to go get MIDOL and tampons! I WAS A HOT MESS! As I entered CVS, I heard "Good Morning" and noticed the register clerk smiling broadly in my direction. When I tell you that everything happens for a reason. ---- I have had the pleasure of being checked out by the same smiling face guy named Leonard. JUST THE SMALL INTERACTION HE HAD MADE MY WHOLE DAY! KIDDOS TO THAT CVS MANAGER YOU Got A GEM! **THIS MAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!

I like this CVS. It's close to where I live, and I've never encountered any problems with any employee. I've found all of them quite friendly. CVS does charge convenience store prices for its merchandise, so I only go there when I need a prescription filled, or if I need no more than one item. If I need more, I go to HEB or Walmart. The pharmacy can sometimes require a bit of a wait. There's usually one pharmacist and one pharmacy tech on duty, and sometimes, the pharmacist works alone. Each one can be in only one place at one time and serve one customer at a time. Once in a while, there is a line at the counter and another one at the drive-thru all while the phone rings off the wall while at the same time, the customer at the counter argues with the staff over what his/her insurance company has denied as if they were the ones who made the insurance company's decision. What else can you do but wait? Even when it's chaotic, I've gotten only friendly service there. The only negative I can think of is that virtually every time I've stopped at this CVS location, I've been approached by at least one vagrant asking for money. It's not uncommon to be accosted both on the way in and on the way out. I never carry cash, so I've had a few get nasty with me. I asked one of them, "What do you want me to do? Swipe my debit card in your crack?" I'm so glad he didn't answer that! Management does try to keep the place clear of beggars, but it's Midtown, and the homeless and lots of transients simply come with the territory.

I always love CVS because they make it easy for me to get my prescription in the shortest amount of time possible making my day a lot easier. They also have a lot of things you might need from home but do not want to trip to the grocery store.

This CVS is in the heart of Midtown. No matter the time of day, staff are always friendly and welcoming. They will always open up another cash if the line grows to long.

They have a great beer and potato chip selection.

Filled presecriptions for my husband in anticipation of Harvey hitting us hard while at MD Anderson for cancer treatment. The pharmacist was a young woman who was efficient, effective, and warm at the same time. The store was stocked with great stuff, and I will go back when in the area.

I had accidentally dropped my wallet in front of this CVS and luckily a customer turned it in to CVS. CVS made sure to do their best to contact me and went the extra mile to ensure my wallet was returned. Best CVS in Houston, and best CVS staff.

I go here lot only 2 block from the park after I take train. If I m remember? Never had a problem with any employees.

One of the better cvs locations, extremely large in size which allows for a great range of products, we found everything we needed and the pricing was reasonable and service was quite friendly. The store was also very conveniently located and had plenty of on site parking.
