I have shopped here many times and never had a bad experience. They have tons of selection, friendly employees, great low prices, easy to navigate aisles, and a great atmosphere. I would recommend getting a Randall’s card, as it saves you on some pretty good deals on many products in the store. They often have some nice buy-one-get-one free deals on meat (sometimes buy one get TWO free) and I will go out of my way to shop here for those meat deals. I would recommend this location for grocery shopping. The parking lot is rather small and tight, but other than that it’s always a pleasant experience.

I’m a 3 year customer now and all I can say is good things . Cashiers are great help , love the fresh fruits and vegetables. I highly recommend checking out the flower section, great gifts for Birthdays, Mother’s Day , Valentines, fresh flowers arrangements and beautiful teddy bears . Different varieties of wine.

Angela the manager is a caring and accommodating person. She stored my groceries when my card wouldn’t work and I had to leave the store to run home to get a different one.

Parking lot is small. But there's a parking garage and YES IT'S FREE! The garage is well lit as well as the ramp, even at night. In the garage you will find ample parking, with 2 elevator's to take you straight into the store. Which you will love on raining day or even on those hot Texas days!

I love this store. It's a smaller location in comparison to other Randall's locations but I like that aspect. The employees are friendly & helpful and have become familiar faces to me. It's not the cheapest grocery store I've ever been to--arguably it's one of the most expensive store chains to shop at in Houston--but there are always decent deals and freebies if you use the loyalty rewards program with their app on your phone. The store is really clean and well maintained. I'm hard pressed to find anything that I don't like about shopping here.

Great store but not a full store. Homeless people around and parking is limited. Pricey for sure

Have a lot of brands that other stores don't. Quiet, clean and people are friendly.

The Diversity , Use Randall's app DONT forget to sync coupons to your club # or card and buy what's on sale it works. Great Deli sandwiches, so many specials

My first time here while visiting Houston on vacation. Staff was helpful and friendly. Was able to get everything on my list and caught some sales too! 🙌🏾 I like that you can make a list in the app and it tells what aisles to go to! Also can clip coupons in the app as well.

This is one store that seems to get better every time I visit. Randalls is a store that has been around for a very long time. However, since moving to downtown Houston I get quality products and quality service at a phenomenal price point. Not to mention the additional savings from the great sales promotions. Plus the employees are friendly and helpful. Also, this location is extremely convenient. You guys made my day again. I can now sincerely say.... I am a big fan of professionalism and when I recognize a true professional operation I acknowledge it. Thank you again, to the midtown Houston Randall's team!

Put 8 years working in Philly's supermarkets (AM&BW) ...this is a FINE center city supermarket & perhaps more in the grand Randall's tradition than others I have come to know. This store is relatively smaller than other Randall's but makes excellent use of available space. Groceries well curated. Dairy good selection, but limited organic ½&½ options. Produce well maintained & curated. Butcher: better than pre-Albertson & as good as any post, though limited seafood. Prepared foods:. Surprisingly good with decent selection. Their roasted chicken betters any other large Htown chain. Frozen foods clean & well cutrated. Underground uncovered surface parking.

Went about a week ago and cashier whose name starts with a Q provided great customer service. She was about to go on lunch but she had a smile on her face throughout the entire transaction.

Best grocery store in downtown excellent fresh cut and the NEW TIRAMISU la Rocca at bakery department is delicious really creamy excellent flavor.

Tony in the bakery is amazing! He's got excellent cake decorating skills and always provides service with a smile!! Thanks Tony!! Cake was moist & delicious, a hit at the party

A very clean grocery store that opens until 11 pm. Excellent choice for late night shopping. $4 for 4 huge croissants is a good deal.

An absolute must to shop at this store, as a vegatarian this is the spot. If what you want is not at this store it simply does not exist.

I stopped in to utilize their Western Union services. The associate was very kind and got me taken care of.
Update:
Placed an order for some hot food the previous day, as well as a few cakes. Picked everything up the next day plus a fruit platter and a veggie platter from the produce section. Everything turned out very nice for our gathering. Very pleased with the customer service provided by the staff and the taste and quality of the food. Much appreciated and my staff enjoyed everything.

Need something real quick and don't want to walk around too much? Randall's is a friendly neighborhood grocery shop where you can get it done. Also, the folks at the fish and meat section are very knowledgeable.
