AT&T Store

Visited this store, for transferring my e-sim to physical SIM card. It took me 5 minutes, in and out of the store. And free of charge. The employees are really professional!!!

Excellent service from a courteous, professional staff. I brought in a new phone to be activated on an existing account. The employee answered all my questions and helped me through each step. Within 30 minutes, all apps had been installed, cell connection was made, and the phone was working perfectly. If you are in PBG or Jupiter, go to this store.

Very helpful group of salesmen!! The local Apple store and AT&T store the mall failed us, a phone call and five minute drive and these guys took great care of us!!

From the minute we walked in this store we were greeted warmly and in no time we had Kevon help us obtain new iPhone 13s using the new trade-in promo. He answered all our questions and was up front about the only charge which was minimal. No hard sell to get purchase anything extra which we so appreciated! They didn’t have any in the store but he assured us he could obtain new ones in 2-3 days and he was right!! Ali helped as we returned to pick up the phones and Kevon assisted us to set up our new phones. Such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Will definitely be recommending this ATT store and outstanding crew!

Kevon and Herman helped out a bunch along with Ali! The wife and I needed two new iPhones and needed to switch from T-Mobile due to the lack of service we were getting with them. We’re glad we came in and got taken care of. Will come again when we’re ready to upgrade! Great bunch of guys here. **forgot to add** they all stayed late to help us out! Amazing service!

Experienced problems with my phone on two occasions. First time I visited was 10 minutes before closing and Kevon Was very accommodating and resolved the problem. My second visit was a little longer but Kevon was persistent in fixing the problem again. Highly recommend the store and the employees are super friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic experience! I knew it was a good decision to come here just by the way I was treated on the phone when I called to inquire about the lead time for new iPhones. It doesn’t matter who you get because these guys (Kevon, Judah, Leon, Ali, et al) work as a tight team. They were attentive, professional, helpful, friendly and inspired confidence. They also recommended a great plan that provides everything we need at a great value. And when I mentioned that I might want a lightening to 3.5 mm adapter for my expensive studio quality earbuds, one of the guys left the store and ran 5 stores down to find the adapter at another store as AT&T didn’t carry it. That’s above and beyond service if you ask me. The other thing I’d like to note is that they guys, while young, treated us as peers and were not condescending because of our Boomer ages. Whoever is hiring for A&T is doing a great job as this store provides service akin to the legendary Nordstrom.

This store is clearly under new management & I couldn’t be happier! Everyone at the store was very friendly, helped me with every question I had& helped me with all of my needs. I now have the best service in the cell phone industry for lower than what I was paying at Verizon!! Also got the new iPhone! Braiden & Devin we’re very helpful in helping me switch over easy! This will be my go to store !!! Thanks guys! Will definitely be sending more people to come see you!!!

The person who helped us, Lariah, she was amazing! I'll be back just to do business with her. She needs a raise, or a promotion, or commission... ANYTHING! She handled the customer flow amazingly even though she was the only one in the store and made sure to not leave anyone feeling unattended. You have an amazing employee at this store!

Sales team of Kevon, Ali, Judah and David were all very professionally and helpful and in setting our new phones, transferring data and processing trade in of old phones. I highly recommend this store when looking for new phone!
