Dunkin'

I enjoyed today's experience at this Dunkin donuts. However, I'm quite perplexed as to why Google's map would not lead me to it when I was less than a mile away. The staff was friendly and service was fast. Whenever I am working in the area this will be my home Dunkin donut store.

I came in for coffee and a bagel 🥯 and when I entered the store I thought I was going to be here for while since the line was very long but I got in and out within 10. I am regular here and I got to say that this store has turned around a lot in the last 3 weeks.. Amanda has turned this place around in her short time being back and making sure that customers are satisfied and out in a timely fashion. She works fast and still manages to make sure your order is currently made before it’s handed out… she is truly amazing

I come here for coffee every other day and I got to say that the staff here are amazing and friendly… I came in one afternoon to buy a drink for me and a friend and I tried to reload my mobile app at the counter with a young gentleman I believe his name is Justin and there was a problem with my mobile app and credit card and he helped me understand what was going on and he showed me how to use my app with redeeming points and reloading my mobile app..

He truly knows what he is doing and I could tell he takes his time learn about the company to help customers better understand the promotions and the mobile app among other things. He was just so patient and helpful with me and most locations I go to don’t take the time to help me like Justin did..
The company needs to hire more people like him..

Great experience at this location. Staff was super friendly and created a fun environment. Apparently it is under new management and the new manager was really hustling to make sure we were being taken care of. You don’t see service like this at Dunkin’ often

Wow what a difference this store was so friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back

Darren was our server today? He made us two large caramel craze coffees. He had excellent customer service and if you want good service, go to Dunkin’ Donuts on prosperity Farms and PGA Boulevard and see Darren

It's been awhile since I've visited, and today my iced coffee & sandwich were great and the staff was very friendly! Thank you for being so kind to my little guy too :)

I had a very good experience here at this Dunkin.. the staff are very nice and respectful unlike some other locations I have went to.. there is a new staff their and I believe his name is Ritchie and he was very helpful and friendly… he took the time to speak and take my order and make sure he got everything right before he cash me out.. he was very sweet.. he also most definitely have a talent for making coffee and making sure stuff is mixed well.. he deserves a raise and he deserves more praises for how he treats customers

This location was sketchy until Mis T started working there. she is the best she is always open on time the nicest personality and a great representative we are happy to have her at this Dunkin donuts

Joshua aka Superman is an amazing new employee here. This Dunkin usually has longer lines during certain times of day But this man came from the back and yelled he was going to “bust down” this long line. He took 5 customers orders in under 5 minutes! Totally made us all happy with his enthusiasm. Such a hard worker too, I hope he’s always there when I come in 😆

I always come to this location on my way to work because they always make my order perfect. On top of that the assistant manager Kristina is a great asset to the company, making sure things run smoothly and customers like myself are satisfied. Will always continue my business here.

Amanda has turned this store around in the short time that she has been back and running the store. Tgis Dunkin runs on Amanda.

Their coffee is good and they are fast

I appreciate this location so much. The Donald Ross location ALWAYS messes up my order and I won't go to another location now. Everyone here is friendly, I just don't have the brain capacity to remember everyone's names or else I would list you all. I do need to mention Travis. (I asked for his name) He is always with a smile on his face and treating everyone like an actual human being! I thank you! I have worked the customer service industry and trained customer service to others. It is key when running a business and he's a great one! Happy Customer who desperately needs Iced coffee on some days :)

P.s. I go in the morning only. Not sure what the rest of the day is like there but the Morning staff is amazing!

Mobile order was announced when I came in. Hash brown and wrap were yummy. Awesome store keep up the great work.

The manager was the only one serving customers until 7:10am. He is a hard worker and keeps DD afloat! If he is working for 3 people he deserves a raise!

Small - no drive through - but experienced help. Good experience - moved through line quickly
