The lady who checked us out and made our coffee was the sweetest! She made sure things were running smoothly and efficiently and provided service with care! I didn’t get her name but I wish I did because her service was so good

Busy in the mornings! Ordered multiple coffees, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches. They got the order correct, it came out quick, and hot and fresh. Excellent service in Palm Beach Florida ⛱ 👏

I stopped here because my girlfriend was having cataract eye surgery nearby. Great place to wait as well as enjoy some excellent coffee and muffin. People very nice and I sat at a table with an electrical outlet and 2 USB jack's. All very convenient. I didn't feel bad occupying a table as it was never full. Otherwise I would have vacated my table.

This has definitely become my fav location. Was never a fan of Dunkin until Betty started working here at this location! Her customer service and professionalism is EXCEPTIONAL, her beautiful smile never leaves her face even when there’s a ton going on, and she knows how to make the most delicious coffee I have ever had! Shoutout to Betty! Someone give that girl a RAISE 😊

Very friendly employee. We got to the store just before closing and wanted few donuts for the kids. The young employees inside said they were ready to close and just gave us donuts for free to take. We left a good tip for them to share. The store was clean and we will definitely visit this store again.

Right now, while I have a disabled foot, I am especially appreciative of this branch of Dunkin' Donuts. They have so much available seating and it is imperative that I be able to sit down.

Lady at the Register was beyond fantastic went in for a casual breakfast with my daughter and she was full of life she helped me with my daughter and her pick of donuts in the most friendly kindest way possible best service I have ever received in any dunkin donut we have stepped in

The people at this location work hard and keep a great attitude despite it being so busy. It is walk up only but the manager does a great job of remembering all the names of the regulars and trying to get everything done quickly.

One of the "Stand out" stores! Very fast and efficient. They have never messed up my order and they are always very nice. A pat of the back to the manager running this one! The people at the drive thru are always helpful and friendly. This location is one of the better ones.

Spacious dunkin, and not very busy during lunch hour. I was happy to find a place with wifi and plugs for my laptop. My matcha doughnut was fresh, but I was disappointed to find coffee grounds in my coffee. I'd still return, as the place was clean and the service friendly.

This is my fave Dunkin. The manager and employees are always friendly and my “to go” orders are always ready when I get there. The line is out the door every morning so I recommend ordering ahead if you are trying to make it to work on time.

This loction on Military Trail and PGA Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens is the best location if I need my drinks done perfectly. No kidding, I often skip locations nearby to drive straight here. The cappuccino is always a cappuccino and latte is latte (unlike other places where it is a roulette what you really get). Recently I learned that also iced chai latte is better than anywhere else. The right amount of sweetness (in other places they soak it in sugar syrop excessively). Employees try their best to work fast and don't forget to be kind at the same time. 10 stars for them.

Great staff! Outstanding service! When I go in they already no my order and greet me by my name, nothing better when they remember your name and order hence why I made this Dunkin donuts the only one I go to! Prior to this Dunkin donuts every other ones I went to sucked!!! Always waited long, always had to check my coffee before leaving because it was ALWAYS wrong! So thank god for this new Dunkin donuts and supplied it with excellent staff!!!! Other Dunkin donuts should take a class at this establishment because they do an amazing job that I'll drive 20/30 mins to go to there location! Ty for the great service!!!! See you guys in about 4 mins when you open!!👍🏻😊

A quick spot to grab great coffee/drinks and a donut. I love there blueberry donuts. There breakfast sandwiches are also excellent as well. Staff was kind and friendly.

This location is always busy on weekends. But, the crew of 2 persons is so efficient they're get your order process in no time. 😃

Speedy service, great place to grab donuts to share with coworkers. Get the $12.99 for 24 donuts in store deal instead of the dozen for $10 deal on mobile app, it’s better!

Wish the app had the feature to write notes. I always have to ask for creamer on to go orders. But the coffee is always good.
