Went to the North Palm Beach fla store to get some copies made for an upcoming board meeting. The associate Kimaya was extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. She eased our concerns and made great recommendations as to how our presentation would look . A very pleasurable experience and my appreciation towards Kimaya for a job very well done.

Tamecia in the print & copy area is an angel in disguise! She was so patient, helpful, and professional. I almost bought items I didn’t need and she’s saved me more than once! She deserves at the least a promotion, if not a raise! Thank you so much for your help!!

I called to find some labels but with a particular characteristic. The young woman took time to look and said unfortunately they didn't have any. But within a minute I got a call back. She was anxious to fulfill my request and kept looking, found them and called me back. I extremely appreciate THAT persistence. She saved me travel time and hunting time, got me what I needed for my project and was pleasant to boot!

Amazing experience with Office Depot for a last minute print job. The staff was prompt, calm, and efficient. I will use this as my main printer for future projects.

Tameica is just incredible. She was so helpful, patient, and accommodating in assisting me with some printed materials for my daughters birthday party. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me figure out how to format everything to make it work. I had no clue what i was doing and she helped me get the job done. I so appreciate her. Also, I noticed her ability to multitask and her awareness of all customers in the store, not just me. She greeted and assisted several customers without skipping a beat in assisting me too. Thank you for a great experience.

Saleswoman was helpful and accommodating. I knew what I was after. After first telling me they could no fill my order she went to the website and discovered that she could. I was making a $1400 purchase, so they treated me like a VIP and made everything work to my satisfaction. most retail experiences suck. Helpful staff at Office Depot in Palm Beach Gardens. Keira answered all of my questions regarding dry erase products & how to use them. The dry erase pocket looks like a great way to annotate my technical drawing & the extra fine tip pen is perfect for the job!

I needed a new printer and decided to try Office Depot to find one. It wasn’t available the first time I visited but the next time I went in, Bobby Chilson, their associate, spotted me and told me the printer I wanted was in and asked if I still wanted it. I was THRILLED. I was even more thrilled when I got it home and it was easily installed and works like a charm.
How fortunate I was to have Bobby Chilson wait on me. He worked very hard both times I visited to be sure I was a happy customer . . . And I am!!!

I have been a customer at this location for 15 years and have always found staff helpful, knowledgeable, professional and attentive to needs of customers. My shopping there on 10/22/19, regretfully, the cashier was quite annoying. She was far more interested to go off and chat with another co-worker and displayed her impatience by her tone of voice and sharp handling of items purchased. Absolutely obnoxious body language and no knowledge of store or proper way to get assistance!!!! In addition, it seems the overall attitude from the manager to the shorthanded staff too much effort or no interest at all to take care of the needs of customers. TRULY a most unpleasant shopping experience, so I left!!!

Rebecca in the copy and printing department has fantastic customer service! I explained my situation and told her what serious time crunch I was in and she was able to do everything I needed without hesitation in a timely manner. She was attentive, helpful and was very good at multi tasking helping other customers at the same time. She also told me about the awesome perks you can receive by using the Office Depot app. She deserves to be recognized for her great customer service!

I just moved here a few months ago and every time I visit or call this location, I receive the most genuine and helpful treatment. I recently called to see if an item was restocked and not only did they check other local stores, they checked their own stock and went through their warehouse to find the items. Another time, the guy in the printing area cut a large paper for us and didn't charge. I always leave here thinking that I should write a review, so now I'm finally doing so.

Wanted to leave a nice review for the gentleman that helped me today tall young man with curly hair couldn’t see his name I was getting ready to leave the store I’m too shy to ask people questions and I thought I knew what I needed and he saw me walking out with the ink I needed asked me if I was looking for that and he was kind enough to tell me they had it and it was a different number for the color I needed he was very nice and helpful he was the only one that greeted me at the door when I walked in and out very nice young man. I was impressed because ive been to this Office Depot before and no one ever says hello or helps out.
