The UPS Store

This store is the best location in the area in my opinion. I do a good amount of shipping, printing, and a few notaries here and there. Everything I visit this location they treat me like family!

Yesterday I took one of my elderly neighbors to the store to return and Amazon package. There were two boxes on the same order and the clerk at the store said he could not help because she only had one scannable barcode. She had to take the boxes home with her and contact Amazon.
Today she returned to the store with 2-25 pound boxes. No one helped her (no one in the store was engaged with other customers) with the boxes or the door they just stood there and looked at her struggle. I don't think this is the way we should treat our senior citizens or any other valued customer. Because of this experience I and my family will avoid the store number 7580 in the future.
Please train your staff to be customer focused and friendly particularly since there are so many elderly people in or around this location.

Lazy, sleepy boys, terrible service.
