CVS

I am a customer at this location and last Saturday I bought a gift card for my mom birthday. Unfortunately the gift card didn’t work anywhere and it came missing numbers. I tried to call vanilla gift card and no one was able to help. At cvs today the managers helped me and treated me very well. I would say it was a 5 star customer service and I would have her as my employee one day for sure. Very polite and helpful. Congratulations for your service. The two employees there that deserve this review are Nancy and Darniece Harp. Amazing Darniece!!!!! Thank you for solving my problem today. I appreciate you.

CVS has great prices on a variety of products including medications and personal hygiene, perfumes, makeup and food- all at excellent prices. The pharmacist and other employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. The ability to use our Welcare benefits at CVS, rather than ordering by phone or online is a HUGE plus!

Hire more people to stock the shelves to help the staff, Laura, Debbie, and Donna.\nThe three staff members all are cleaning, helping self check out customers.\nAnd, reminding people to stop at coupon kiosk when entering CVS. COUPONS make my day, especially for things we need.

I've switchd to this CVS some time ago because of its less hectic atmosphere.
While bagging about 8 bottles of supplements, one bottle got left behind at the checkout counter. Having discovered the shortage the next day I went back and told the cashier my story, presenting my receipt. The cashier went into action immediately without ever doubting my claim. The particular bottle couldn't be located and the manager was summoned.
Ms.Madeleine apologized and promised to replace the missing bottle once an expected shipment would come in that night, since the store was out of my particular supplement. As promised, I was reminded by the store the next day twice to please pick up my replacement. The Manager noticed that I even was shorted a bottle because of a two for one sale and my receipt only showed one. Two bottles were waiting for me instead of the one that got lost in the shuffle the day before. I wont forget what kind of service this store and its employees are willing to render, and on good faith at that.

Chris and Chris, the pharmacists, are spectacular, highly knowledgeable, patient, kind and on top of thing should you communicate with them openly and frequently. I trust them very much. CC as well. She’s a pharmacy tech who’s also a hard worker who’s very kind and patient. It may take 1-3 hours to get a fresh script filled but if it’s urgent they’d be happy to attend to your medication ASAP. I’ve known them all closely for a decade. I love them!

Tyler is always willing to help resolve any problems and keep customers up to date on store operations. He’s always so pleasant! Most of the staff is quite nice actually and they take care of the store very well. My only complaint is that there is another manager there, whom I don’t know his name, that says incredibly inappropriate things in front of customers. He needs training on customer relations as well as employee relations. That is why the store gets 4 stars.

Minute Clinic CVS here offers great service. Nurse Practitioner, Gudrun, is the best medical professional I've encountered in the area. She's knowledgeable and delivers results. I'm so happy I'm using CVS as my choice for medical assistance and prescription service.

Quaint CVS is packed with all kinds of things you may need for really, comfort, or indulgence. The associates were quiet but courteous. The place had a relaxed yet friendly vibe. I did not use the pharmacy.

Great customer services
Pharmacists are awesome
