I have been using the Walgreens pharmacy for 18 years. Yes of course they’re busy, the pharmacist and texts seem to really try to help. The pharmacist has always been available to answer questions. I've frequented this Walgreens pharmacy and have experienced both highs and lows. The staff here, despite being evidently overwhelmed, always try their best to be helpful and courteous in my experience. However, the long wait times and occasional prescription errors are hard to overlook. It's clear that these issues stem more from corporate-level decisions, particularly regarding staffing and workload, rather than the frontline employees' efforts. While it's frustrating to face delays and mistakes, I encourage the customer base to remember that the staff are working under difficult conditions and have more empathy. The experience can definitely be frustrating, but some of the behavior I have observed towards the staff is unkind and hard to watch. I find it very concerning that corporations like Walgreens seem to have adopted the skeleton crew staffing model they used during the pandemic, and chosen to just make people deal with poor service in favor of higher profit margins. The lack of any response from Walgreens corporate to the overwhelmingly negative feedback on this platform is telling. I believe this pharmacy has the potential to offer excellent service if given the right resources and support.

The staff was helpful. I would probably give a three or four stars for that.

The store (and other stores in Greater Seattle at least) should be better managed.

1. There are places where you need to push a button and wait to get help, and more than not you would fail to notice that button.

2. They have no idea about their stock, and their website has outdated/wrong data. Their system should be able to record how many of each item the got into the store, and how many are checked out, so that their website doesn’t have to lie about availability.

Overall, nice staff, mid/poor management.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Understand they are understaffed, but the service here is so slow it is inexcusable. Wait times in person tend to be 30'+ and if you try to call expect to wait at least 45' to get anyone on the phone. WIll no longer be using this pharmacy.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. The person on the phone literally hung on up me mid-sentence as I was trying to explain a simple misunderstanding they had.

wish I could give it zero stars. This used to be my go to pharmacy, and I loved the drive up window but there is always a wait and they closed to pharmacy on me for lunch after I stood in line for 15 minutes. They could have let people know before they wasted their time in line. Also, I tried to give them my new insurance info and they said I should do it when I pick up. Two hours later I get an automated call that my Rx cannot be filled because there was an issue with my insurance, so again I wait, this time on the phone.

I submitted a prescription 2 weeks ago. The medication was not in stock & I was told they'd have to order it & it would probably take 2 days. 2 WEEKS later...there has been NO follow up, NO medication ordered & NO apologies for the delay, inconvenience & lack of accountability. Highly unprofessional. The "convenience" of the local drug store is undone by its unreliability. The pharmacy in desperate need of new management.

Don’t send ur prescriptions here, or be prepared to wait an hour even tho they said your meds will be ready. Go somewhere else.

The pharmacy here is absolutely HORRIBLE. I have had the same prescription sent to this pharmacy for almost a year because it used to be the closest one. They have messed up the same Simple order multiple times in less than a year for a monthly RX. The customer service is also lacking. This is really sad because the rest of the staff there is wonderful and incredibly nice and kind. I just had to write this review in case anyone is considering utilizing their services. It’s worth the drive to pick up your meds elsewhere.

This is a slightly long story. I transfered a prescription here because it's closer to my home. When I called to get it transferred I let them know my Rx says disepence as written which means they cannot give me generics. I made sure to tell them the brand I needed and confirmed they could order it for me. They said they could. Cut to going to pick it up today. Of course, they've given me a generic instead of the brand the RX is written for. They aren't supposed to do that because the Dr wrote the RX with dispense as written. The pharmacist told me they can't get the brand I need even though I was told over the phone by another pharmacist they could get the brand name for me. I am extremely annoyed that I was lied to and now I have to get my prescription from another pharmacy that's 4 or 5 times farther away. I understand that not every stocks this brand but they told me they did which apparently isn't true. Very, very disappointed.

They don’t serve you with a military ID. Very poor management.

worst customer service. very understaff. And they don't care at all.
