The employee named John here was holding down the fort in an impressive way, always somehow helping three customers at once, constantly, and moving the line through faster than I’ve seen at any other post office. People would walk in the door and he’d glance at them and know what they were there for. Super personable too, top notch government entity experience

In general, I find local USPO staff to be friendly.

This location in Factoria is a big notch above all else - staff is sooo friendly, engaging and super helpful.

Its obvious that they enjoy working together and working with customers.

I don't go to the post office much, but I had several items to send and multiple questions. I had to get an estimate and figure out the best packaging for different sized items and the best way to package for protection from damage. Needless to say I was anxious about the outcome. John behind the counter not only answered all my questions he relieved my anxiousness and made me a believer in using the post office for all my future packages. Best customer care in a long time!!

The staff is great, I've been here like 3 times. Yesterday was the last one and they are so helpful, patient and efficient. They work so fast but at the same time provide help. I had no idea how to send a self return package and they helped me.

I hope the employees from yesterday are valued. First time in a while I actually leave a review for good service.

Vicky is super friendly and helpful. I had many silly questions and she invited them. She also provided me with 2 boxes, but we went ahead and taped together my Frankenstein of a package. Tape was left behind by a prior customer and she did an excellent job putting it together. She's like an amazing host at awesome party. Office is super clean too!

The link on my receipt doesn’t work for leaving a review so wanted to leave one here for Vicki and Kevin. Vicki helped me with calculating how many more stamps I should place on my package today. She was so helpful, patient, and professional. She explained things very clearly and gave great customer service.
In the past few years of using the USPS service in Bellevue, the staff at the factoria location are the best. Before I went to the factoria location today, I went to the bel-red USPS because it was closer to me and I was in a hurry. One of the staff there, a middle-aged man who wears glasses and works at the most right side of the counter when you walk into the store, was incredibly unhelpful and it seemed like he did not want to do his job. My request was to know how many more stamps I should place on my package and he straight up told me that what I had on the package was not enough and just don’t send it. What a ridiculous reply. He did not want to help calculate nor help in any ways. It was very frustrating and this was the second time I had met this staff. It has seem like he is not the best at his job. I then drove to factoria and got help from Vicki, who was so great and awesome.

In September, Kevin helped me with sending an international package. I let him know that I would like this to be sent spending the least amount of money as I can. He went above and beyond to problem solve with me, using the cheaper envelopes and condensing the space/rolling the two pieces of clothes I was sending to the smallest size possible and even taped the package for me. That package made it safe to my family and I am so grateful for Kevin’s help.

The most friendly and helpful post office ever!

Best post office in town. They are not just professional at what they are doing. They seem to enjoy their job and are so friendly to all customers. I feel so welcomed every time I step in.

This USPS has great employees working their desks. I recently lost my husband and have an elder father so I’ve been mailing things all over. They ask how they can help and give superb service. Today a friend on Facebook said for lent we should be kind. I responded that I’m using these USPS employees as my coaches and mentors about how to be kind. I think I love them ❤. I know I admire them. I leave feeling better than when I arrived. It doesn’t get better than that.

I use this post office quite often and have always had friendly, accurate, patient, and helpful service. I absolutely love all the employees here and wish I could give them all a raise myself. If any of the employees are reading this, thank you so much!!

Very convenient little PO off the beaten path. My experience with the counter staff was that they were friendly and helpful. Parking is fine, but beware that there's a large Asian grocery and a driving school adjacent to it, so egress can be a bit dicey and congested.

One of the fastest PO's I ever experienced, they provide great service and get you quickly on your way. An associate made sure I wasn't buying more postage than nessasary and ended up saving me a bucks.

This is the best post office ever! The clerks are friendly, fast, and efficient. Wonderful customer service. I have never seen a better post office! I actually enjoy going there.

They are so nice here!!!! Even the customers were soooo nice here!! We did physical distancing and everything was so efficient too!! I had to fill out forms for a certified mail. Everyone was so helpful and patient!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

I've used this post office services some times, and they were always welcoming, efficient, fast and friendly. Long lines depend a lot of the time you go there, but even so they put a lot of effort to make it quick! Best USPS post office I've ever visited.
