Luis M at the Factoria Bellevue Verizon store provided amazing customer service. Even though the store was understaffed and it was a very busy time, he remained upbeat, helpful and very professional. Although the process of switching phones took much longer than I anticipated, I was grateful that Luis was the representative helping me. Thanks for getting our four phones up and running again!

I have to thank Richmond for his help! My phone completely broke down and I just happened to be depended on the phone to do my work. It is a fairly new phone, so it was totally unexpected to have it completely break down on me (first phone that has done that to me). So between the surprise of having a phone break down on me and the fact that I really need it.. I was a little freaked out when I walked into the store. Richmond, very quickly asked me what can I help with, he helped me trouble shoot, but unfortunately the phone is not usable. Richmond then helped me find me another phone, helped me navigate the complexities of the calling plans and then helped me setup my phone. So I went from total freak out... How am I going to be able to work? to things are OK, let's figure it out, get the new phone working, get everything set up. So I so appreciate Richmond, his help, his guidance, and above all his kindness in handling my situation.

Louis was excellent. We were going to go to the Bellevue Square stores but the reviews were so awful we decided to try Factoria. Although Louis was by himself, he efficiently handed multiple clients at once and we all got great service.

Luis was wonderful and this was easily the least painful phone upgrade that I've ever experienced. I'm currently on crutches and recovering from surgery so I really appreciated the speed and diligence of the service we received.

Fab was beyond helpful! I was blown away by the friendly and knowledgeable service. Went above and beyond!! The downtown Seattle store should shadow Fab for a day to learn what excellent engagement and customer care look like!
I will recommend everyone see Fab for their Verizon needs!!!

Store manager Brandon, and Verizon Porting Centers Charles, gave me the best customer service I have ever received. While my issue was not resolved, these two went above and beyond to exhaust all options… all while putting up with AT&T poor customer service and lack of help.

I recently switched from at&t to Verizon. I purchased my Verizon phone and moved my line at a corporate store. I had to do all of this through a small touchscreen computer in the back of the store that no one directed me to. The corporate store did not test my phone line, and I am now stuck with a phone that cannot receive calls, and my number is being partially held hostage by at&t. Had an employee helped me move my line, they might have been able to warn me of the outcome of not notifying AT&T first.

This approved retailer far exceeded my expectations. I will not be going back to a corporate Verizon store anytime soon.

Luis is amazing! He has a genuine customer service and people skills. We need more people like him in Verizon. Consider promoting him to store manager. Because of him, more people will consider Verizon over any other cell companies

Such wonderful and empathetic service from Lordus. I have been having issues with my bill for a while and she knew right where to go, and right who to talk to. She was incredibly helpful and attentive.

We are long time Verizon customers. We were visiting from Chicago and had an issue with our iPhone. Apple university village was able to repair it, however, at the cost of our SIM card without notifying us. On our way back from the falls, we stopped at this Verizon and spoke with Jordan. I was obviously flustered and he was quite calm and kind. He was able to quickly look up the account and replace the SIM. He was so professional and efficient. I cannot say enough about how quickly we were helped but also how well we were treated. Thank you so much for easing the situation while I was obviously a tad flustered. Greatly appreciate you, Jordan.

I hope Matt doesn't get in trouble for staying on the clock a few minutes after the store was set to close. The store can only allow so many people in at a time due to Covid restrictions. I had been waiting a decent amount of time to be let in and make my purchase. It was nearing closing time and I would've completely understood if he asked me to come back the next day. I'll admit I was already 90 percent sure on what I wanted to purchase but Matt still went out of his way to answer my questions and handle our transaction. I really appreciated the extra time he spent on showing me exactly the different fees I'll be charged. Verizon wants to make sure the customer knows so we don't feel like we are being assessed hidden charges. I'll definitely recommend friends and family to that store. Thanks again!

I worked with the store manager, Caleb, on two different occasions to upgrade my phone and transfer content from one phone to another. I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and ability to multi task. It was very clear that every customer that walked through his store felt like their expectations were exceeded. I have never before met a manager that would go above and beyond to meet his customers needs. He was a fountain of knowledge and managed to keep every customer's needs straight. I would gladly come back again and recommend this store to everyone!

My mom and I went here to check out some new phones, as ours were well over 7 years old each. The customer service was amazing and Robert helped us out for over an hour and a half. We got discounts we didn’t even know existed for our plan, and the new phones. Amazing spot I would readily recommend to anyone looking to get a new phone or review your plan with Verizon. :)

I was dreading having to go replace my cell phone but immediately when I walked in the store Matt Mason approached me to help assist me in the process. I am so thankful for his help! He asked the right questions and guided me to a new phone option that exactly fit my needs. He was awesome! He was able to get all my information transferred onto my new phone in a timely manner and was very knowable on showing me all the new features. Great service and made the process very streamlined for me.

Extremely helpful. Cassidy, Jon and Carlos were very patient and kind. Spent a lot of time with us and never lost their enthusiasm and great work ethic. They solved all our problems and more!
