DICK'S Sporting Goods

The workers were very helpful! They took me right to the merchandise I was looking for which was a tee ball set for $19.99!

I've had to go to this store twice in the last week to return merchandise that was defective (not the fault of Dick's). Both time we went to the clerks at the check out desks. The clerks were extremely polite, nice and never demeaning. They seemed interested and didn't try to push us away when they didn't know how to perform a certain transaction. They just called a manager who came quickly and was also extremely polite and enjoyable to talk with. Dick's is a store for which I feel proud to be in the town that I live. The store is always organized and clean.

Bought a bike with great assistance from George and Reuben. They took their time with me and my novice questions. Very pleased with the experience.

I've always had a great experience at Dick's in Easton. Everyone has always went out of their way to help me when ever I've needed. Keep up the good work.

If you play golf, the caring gentleman in the golf section is informative, caring, and will dedicate his time to making sure your satisfied. What a great experience!!!
