Ordered online and the military discount was applied without my having to do anything special. I decided to try curbside pickup as the order included 100 feet of 4 in drainage tubing. Instructions were quite clear and easy to follow once at the store. Signage said an associate would deliver the order to the vehicle so I expected a wait time of 5 to 10 minutes but the delivery was there in under 2 minutes and was hassle free - quite a surprise and impressive service so I will utilize it again in the future when the order has some larger items.

I am so impressed with the new employees at Lowe’s in Easton. I purchased a new bathroom fixture and had trouble with my Lowe’s card and the young lady in Customer Service got me through it without a wrinkle . The help finding items has also improved.

I was looking for a fuel shutoff valve for my snow thrower. Since they are not a hardware store I didn't think they would have one which they did not. The staff was helpful and the visit was pleasant.

So this absolutely started off as a rating of a less than 1. Arrived at 1130 to pick up items that were in stock, after did being almost 215, we decided to leave the store due to a problem that everyone seems to be having, the lack of help. However at the pro desk, after voicing frustration, I met with a young lady GIO who was off work at 3 , but extremely willing to help facilitate picking up the items that were kitchen cabinets. Little did I know that she stayed until almost 4 o’clock, making sure that my items could be picked up on Sunday. She promptly called me Saturday night to let me know that the items would be available on Sunday morning, at that time I went to the store and everything was packaged neatly and waiting for my arrival. Often you do not see this kind of dedication anymore as another employee that I met, was completely useless and declined to help. When I arrived on Sunday, I felt it was important to let them out or no about the dissatisfaction with the one employee, but being exemplary willingness to help by the young lady at the pro desk!

Since it was a large order and we had brought down two trucks on Saturday, I explained this to the manager who very nicely on Sunday issued a discount that would be equivalent to my time and the fuel for the two vehicles. I do appreciate the management and the employees that were willing to help me, hopefully the employee that was not willing to help will be replaced by somebody who would like a job!

They even loaded my truck on Sunday with a Smile!

Do to this, I absolutely rate Saturday and the one young lady GIO and the manager with a 5! I shop here often and spend quite a bit with rental properties and absolutely will be back!

I love the selection and prices. Staff is ready to help. I much prefer over that depot place.

Very helpful on paint selection and materials for a complex furniture repaint job.

So...after reading these reviews and giving this Lowe's location a SECOND CHANCE after a terrible experience years back with a front door installation, I went there yesterday and bought a refrigerator. The refrigerator is scheduled to be delivered between 8am and 8pm tomorrow. So we will consider this a test of sorts, to see if they can come through. If they do, I will change my rating to 5 stars, if they screw up again, the rating will go to 1 star! Stay tuned! Update: Lowe's came through with their promise! The refrigerator was set up and delivered by 11:30 this morning! Thanks for great service!

Alex & Jared helped us with our order of 60 bags of insulation. They were so quick & efficient to get the forklift and get the bags down to us, and then to help us load them in the trailer. I hope the manager of this location recognizes the value in them! So rare to see such initiative in employees nowadays. Never had a better experience at Lowe’s.

This super large store has everything!! Jeff did an excellent cutting glass for a broken picture. He was very careful & made sure there weren't any dings or chips....anywhere!! Awesome experience.

Great experience. I've loved Lowe's since I was young. Trips with a project in mind always come to reality with help from this place. My garden is going to look great. I had a dry way issue and the young lady was very knowledgeable and super helpful. She made sure I had all the tools I needed and that my questions were answered thoroughly. I believe her name was Gio. The cashier was helpful as well. And I found a but extra items that will help me get a few extra tasks finished.

A huge shoutout for Leonard in Appliances at Easton Lowe’s. He went way above and beyond to help us solve a difficult situation with finding a washer/dryer pair that would fit in our kitchen. Several phone calls and much research on his part resulted in just the right product. Five stars for Leonard!

Ordered blinds for pickup today and when I arrived at the store, they could not find my items. All employees were very helpful, but two young men went out of their way and literally ALL over the store helping me find my order. Shout out to Chris and Biagi (sorry for misspelling name) two supervisors (didn’t get their names) and Stacia for all their help. Great service during a very busy and trying time!!

love their dog friendly atmosphere. Great for socializing dogs. They even did a scent exercise that I saw.

I Love Lowe's, but they want to charge $79 delivery charge, i wasn't pleased with that... Home Depot charge me $0 delivery charge smh smh...

The Pro Service is outstanding. It is nice go to a store and have someone give you personal attention, not just take your money and get you on your way. The savings with the Pro Credit card is really nice.

I bought a washer and dryer three weeks apart. Both were delivered and set up at a convenient time for me and my wife. We were treated with courtesy and respect each time. I RECOMMEND Lowe's. Lowe's also gives veterans a good discount.
