Jordan Bahai was amazing. He listened to our needs and was able to provide excellent customer service to us. He was extremely busy with many customers but he did so with a friendly and very professional attitude. He was great to work with. I highly recommend him. He gave us a great deal and got our new phones set up and helped my husband get logged into his work apps.

Worked with Moriah Brinsfield last night and she navigated some complicated account issues to bring us the best selections and best programs. It took a while, and she remained unflustered, investigative, polite and our advocate....Highly recommend this store for the area and her. Other associates also helped in finding solutions..they worked as a team!

would like to say we had a great experience with Ms. Shara Smith. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, patience with older customers with new technology, she was not in a rush to go over every detail with my parents until they fully understood. We took up a huge part of her afternoon and came back the next day with more questions. She had to switch over 6 phones from a different carrier we weren’t happy with and created a new account with additional purchases and i pads. i would give her 10 out of 10 for overall experience and will recommend her to anyone I know. also she likes to go by Star which she is a bright shining star !!! thank you again Star for helping our family stay connected we all appreciated your help!!!

My experience with our local Verizon store was amazing. Star, our representative, was accommodating to all our business needs. We upgraded multiple cell phones and Star was able to transfer data accurately and efficiently from our old phones to the new. I highly recommend this Verizon retail store. Brandon Johnson was amazing. Even on his days off, he would still gladly answer my questions via text and help in any way possible. He definitely goes above & beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. He definitely doesn’t disappoint.

I walked in the store in need of a new phone. James was more than helpful we had a plan and I came back the next ready and we ran into a few speed bumps. Down and distress he didn't turn me away he resorted all options possible. Needless to say I'm walking out with not only my new phone but a tablet for my daughter. James you are the best. Highly recommend going to see him.

I would give this store 10 stars if I could! The sales lady was training someone and both of them were absolutely amazing. They helped me get myself switched over from an android to an iPhone and made everything so easy. They were kind, funny, and great at their jobs. I will definitely be returning to them and this store anytime I need anything and be sending everyone I know their way!

Dane Miller went above and beyond to help us with our new phones. He stayed an hour and a half later than the store closing time. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional. We also dealt with Emily earlier today, who was also very helpful, kind and patient. We appreciate the great customer service and will be back!

The service was amazing. My representatives knowledge blew my mind. She was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to help me and my daughter recover all our information. The customer service was impeccable. I was so impressed...she really knew her stuff!
