I've never had a bad experience in this store. They're very nice folks, have a large variety of wigs and other hair related products, as well as lotsa of other cool stuff, and they'll wheel & deal with you. Not every price is written in stone. I'm used to shopping in Asia where they think you're not too smart if you don't try to bargain at least a little. All in all I think they're prices are very competitive, and I've gotten some really good deals on what I consider quality items.

Great selection, and the two black girls, sorry I'm bad with names, were awesome and helpful above and beyond! Believe the vietnamese lady that helped me too, may have owned the place, she's great too. I've shopped there a couple times, and recommend to all my friends.

I bought my very first wig the other day from this store my hair has been falling out slowly ever since my son passed away & the lady in the back was amazing & patient only if she knew how of a help that was that day thank you guys so much 🥲🥲

I love this place. I don't talk to anyone but every single time I walk in the store they speak to me. And they have such a huge variety of hair and products. I'm in that store at least 3 times out of 2 weeks. Love this place and the service.

Vee was awesome and so helpful!!! She has a wonderful personality and knows exactly the right amount of “assistance” to lend where it’s not too much and overwhelming nor is it not enough....great job Vee!!! Because of you, I will be back to this store for future purchases of my wigs!! Very large selection and reasonably priced. Wished the inventory on Virgin Human hair was a little higher, but overall, I had a very good 1st impression.

You think you're going just for one item no it's so much to choose from you're going to come out with a bag loads of things lol they had everything I was looking for tho

At alot of hairstores the owners usually watch you and follow you around, at this one it is completely different. they're assisting but not to the point where it feels as if they're hovering. I love this place
