Excellent Service and Chelsea Was Fantastic!

I recently had the pleasure of using uBreakiFix by Asurion for a repair, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Chelsea, the technician who assisted me, was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she knowledgeable and skilled, but she was also incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my device was fixed quickly and efficiently.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Chelsea took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the repair process to me. She provided me with regular updates throughout the repair, keeping me informed every step of the way.

The repair itself was completed in a timely manner, and my device now functions perfectly thanks to Chelsea's expertise. The entire experience was seamless, and I couldn't have asked for better service.

As always, UBREAKIFIX does not disappoint. The friendly efficient tech replaced the screen on my husband's phone within the predicted hour. We called to see if they had the screen in stock as the first location would have to order it, taking an extra day to get it done. I have used this company a couple of times down in Sarasota, Florida, as well. It is worth the $300.00 to have it replaced. We would have had to pay $95.00 a month to get a new phone as the phone company does not replace a phone with a broken screen unless you pay for the insurance. Thanks as always for a job well done! You are a professional company that gets high marks in our book!

My phone wouldn't charge and I was fearing the worst of having to buy a new phone. Fortunately Judah assure me that throughout his experience it was most likely the battery. He told me he had the part and to come back in 2 hours, when I came back it was perfectly working like brand new. Judah answer all my questions and assure me that the battery has warranty. Will be going back for any more phone issues from now on. Thank you Judah, Great Customer Service!

From beginning to end, the service was outstanding. I thought i was at a dead end with my issue, microsoft and Geek Squads only fix was to wipe my system clean and start from scratch. This was not an option for me. JUDE was great, set me at ease and fixed my issue. Thanks again guys!

I went into this establishment with multiple repairs that i needed to be done. I walked in very unsure if my issues could be resolved. I encountered a lady and a man (sorry i dont remember their names) who both diligently got with my needs. both very knowledgeable. A few days later my Tablet was repaired and my Laptop Hindge issue was resolved. It costs money for good service and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY! I recommend ANYONE to this location. you will be taken care of.

The technician who helped me was far beyond excellent, and also extremely patient. She could not have been more helpful than she was, and she is obviously very knowledgeable in the IT world. I felt very lucky to have had her as a superb and kind mentor for a senior citizen such as myself. Hats WAY off, and thank you!

I used a warranty with a Google Fi phone service and the whole process was seamless. I will pay a nominal amount on my next Google bill. it's great to having this company working so well with warranty companies. thank you!

Walked in with 10 minutes before closing to get a charging cord. I asked if they could clean my charging port and the guy said no problem. Didn’t even mention it was closing time. I’ve had my screen there in the past and was happy with the service and price.

I received above and beyond service. I'm a caregiver for a young lady with a disability, and often it is hard to bring her into stores. I called ahead, and asked if everything could be ready so that I could quickly go in/out and leave my loved one in the vehicle. Even though the store was busy, the technician offered to take payment over the phone and walk my phone out to me. I never had to leave the vehicle and my device is good as new. I am very grateful.

Jake and Chelsie were great for me! Jake serviced my Xbox well and in 24 hours even after a curveball in what we thought was wrong with it. And Chelsie was superb with her post support and explanations of my subscription etc. Thank You guys again! 🙏🏼

got my screen replaced by judah a while back and haven’t run into any problems that i used after previously doing this at other phone repair spots. customer service was excellent and very happy with the results!

About a year ago, a software update for my Samsung Note 9 made many apps (YouTube, Google Play) unusable. I took my phone to two other places who told me that, even after an hour of trying to find the issue, the phone would need a factory reset, which meant I would have to back up three years of data.
I took the phone to the West Broad Street/Falls Church store where Chelsie H. looked at the phone, and in about two hours was able to restore it-without the need for a factory reset. Chelsie did an absolutely first class job with the phone and saved me about a week's worth of trouble. I will be coming back if I have any more phone issues, and if they work on PC setups, I will be coming back there.

Jacob is friendly and professional. Really easy to get my phone fixed with him, he got it down quickly and was pleasant to work with. I would def recommend this place, just ask for Jacob.

Excellent service! Came back for service on Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 and they were able to fit me in. I did arrive as they opened so be understanding if they aren't able to.
