Common Era

An excellent store with a variety of clothes, shoes, jewellery and bags. I really had to practice restraint and only get an armful of things. Prices were great. Service was friendly- definitely one of my fav shopping experiences in Denver and believe me, I’ve been around.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. Lexi and Deb only sell pieces they themselves would wear, and their style is on point -- every time I wear something purchased there, the compliments are guaranteed. I visit multiple times a year for jewelry, clothing, and accessories, all priced very well for the quality of everything in the store.

What a treat it was to come across this boutique! My daughters and I had so much fun trying on a variety of clothing with the help of Lexi. Lexi was fun and genuinely interested in helping us with sizing and styling outfits. The three of us walked out with some real treasures and we will definitely be back soon! Check this boutique out you will not be disappointed!

We found this boutique by accident, and we’re so glad we did! They have such a variety of quality clothes and accessories at great prices. Not to mention, Lexi who helped us, was incredibly friendly and helpful! We had a fun time and ended up each leaving with some classy outfits. Highly recommend this shop!

This place is incredible. The woman who owns and runs the store, Deb, is an absolute fashion dynamo, earth-walking angel. I'm not one who enjoys shopping, and she made me completely love it. I asked for her help and she confidently and without judgment made the clothes trying-on process a breeze and fully enjoyable. I could not be happier with the (very) fairly priced, (very) high quality items I purchased from Common Era. I've been wearing pieces of what she recommended and have been flooded with compliments. Deb is wonderful, the store is a total gem. I couldn't recommend Common Era any higher. Go!!!

I stumbled upon this store while visiting Denver. I’m a plus-sized person (size 14-18), and finding items in boutique-y stores is always a fail. To my surprise, the saleswoman told me EVERY RACK has a plus sized section. And it’s not just plus-sized version of the other clothes but whole other pieces. I was ASTONISHED. I’m pretty sure they had sizes going up to 28, so if you’re in that range, I would definitely check this place out.

The saleswoman was also incredible. She was with me every step of the way. If I asked her opinion on an item, she was very honest without being judgemental. And she was extremely helpful in pulling pieces. I probably tried on at least fifty items in a span of two hours. And she was pleasant and affirming the entire time.

Such a great experience. Quality clothing at a reasonable price.

The owner is fantastic and definitely has an eye for fashion. I will come back time and time again!

I love this store ...I've been a customer for a while. I'm there to find unique pieces to add to my wardrobe. The owner is amazing the staff is great especially when my daughter is with me..they keep her occupied while I try on clothes. But I have had really good experience with the staff and a bad experience with 1worker. I always spend the same amount no matter what because the clothes don't have a attitude towards me. I believe sometimes people have good days and bad ones and sometimes I just so happen
to be there to share it with them lol. I know.... the ones that don't treat people all the same are unhappy and won't be a common employee at COMMON ERA for very long. So be optimistic and ask them on the spot WHY..because most of the time the person doesn't know or even understand how they should or even make you feel or how they are suppose to be while you are shopping. Never the less Common Era has common sense. ;)So come back again..!!

I did want to warn about this Liz Newman person though. Lexi gave me the contact for Liz, as I was looking for an apartment broker. I contacted Liz through that number and even spoke on the phone to her briefly. She asked for $35 for her services (Lexi said Liz was free of charge, but I thought maybe she just started charging?). She then messaged me from another phone number and asked that I send her $130 to pay her phone bill?

Not sure how much this has to do with Lexi, but wanted to make others aware.
