Amy's Hallmark Shop

I was shopping for a Lolita Birthday glass, Debbie assisted me she was very helpful she even wrapped the gift for me. I was very pleased. Every time i go into Amy's all of the people who work there are very helpful. They always acknowledge you when you enter the door. You don't have to look for someone to help you.

I havnt been in a Hallmark in so long! I forgot how much I love their store!

Had a great experience. Cecilia and Diana are Excellent. I had called looking for an ornament. They held it for me. Once I arrived I bought another ornament. They offered me an accessorie. I got it. They both were super friendly and knowledgeable. They provided excellent customer service. And it made me feel welcome. This was my first time at this location, and I will definitely shop here again

Only about once every few years do I come across a store associate as amazing as Stephanie. In addition to her beautiful smile, she voluntarily offered to put my wife’s anniversary gift into the gift bag that I purchased. She also proceeded to properly arrange tissue and make it so presentable and “ready-to-go“. Gold crown service!

I really liked this store. Having moved to this area, I need to find a Hallmark store, and I am very glad to have found this one.
The Guest service is top notch! And the selection was awesome!
What I really liked about the store, was the size. It’s big! And, they had a lot to choose from if it gifts, to cards along wrapping paper and gift bags.
If you are a snoopy fan, they have a really good selection of Peanuts merchandise.
Having owned a Hallmark store in the past, I’ve learned to always give the very best, and while I was in need of giving the very best, I was thankful for finding Amys’s Hallmark located in the Lakewood mall.

A beautiful store with a huge selection of cards and gifts and snacks to add to your gifts. It also nice to visit at Lakewood mall. After for a meal or excersize those legs.

A lot of unique cards, gifts, and collectibles/keepsakes—ones that I haven’t seen elsewhere—at reasonable prices. The store is very thoughtfully organized, and the staff are genuinely nice and helpful without being aggressive or intrusive. In addition, on my latest visit, it had well placed notices of current COVID health guidelines/requirements, and a container of hand sanitizer to use as you enter and exit the store.

I travel from Fullerton to this store. I find the staff happy and very helpful. I enjoy talking with the staff and even the great customers that I meet there. I hope that I see you next time I am in the store.

Very nice lady helped me after I get hurt the door hit me and had some blood ask for a napkin she gave me a napkin and a bandaid was not Any one fault Hallmark shops have always been were I get Birthday cards ETC

They have ethnically diverse cards in Stock that you will surely appreciate. Tons of gift wrap choices and little gifts available so that you can do one stop shopping for bridal shower, baby shower, birthday get together or a just because acknowledgement. You can't go wrong.

I love this place! The Gal who helped me this past Sunday went above beyond by helping me update my profile in the system. I love all of the religious goodies they have in stock.

I grew up always sending Hallmark cards, they felt special. I felt special receiving a Hallmark card with the hold seal on the envelope. I love, just love the ornaments and have been collecting forever.
