Norman's Hallmark Shop

I love it here! It's always a peaceful shopping experience. The employees and Manager Marie, are ALWAYS welcoming and offering assistance, but never pressuring.

First time at this this Normans Hallmark, much better than the one at Oxford Valley Mall, Girls were friendly & Very, Very helpful, it was a pleasure &I will definitely recommend this store & definitely go back again.

I have shopped at this store many times and have always received great service. The staff are always willing to help you with any questions you may have or to look for an item that you might want. They have helped me out to my car with my purchases since I am handicapped. Wonderful store.

The staff is always friendly and helpful.
They greet you every time you enter.
They ask how they can assist and will walk you to the correct section what you need.

I was looking for a special kind of card and even though they didn't have it they were very helpful came out from behind the counter to help me find it because they weren't sure if they carried them either

Nice large store and stock. Sales people are all very nice. My only complaint about all Hallmark stores is that the coupons are not in the computer.

Very sweet store. Nice clerks and great selection of gifts. Also, a great time to shop 60% off Christmas and other seasonal items!! Easy to get to as well
