T-Mobile

So happy to switch to T-Mobile. Staff was friendly and not to just us. We were there switching over 5 lines so we saw a lot of interaction. The whole staff was great. We did not leave this store feeling lost or confused...we knew what to expect and felt confident and informed about our new plan and coverage! Definitely go to this location if it is close for you.

Aamar did a great job. He is a real expert.
His professionalism and behavior is awesome.
He is that guy who always can become part of the solution. His work ethic is at another level. That was great doing business with him.

I had a great experience with only one person at this T-Mobile in Murphy and that was Jordan! I was having problems changing service from T-Mobile to Spectrum. I talked to many people in store and on the phone and NO ONE could or would help me! I didn't have phone service for weeks and still got charged for service to my phone. I was ready to give up and decided to try one more time and actually prayed for the right person that could finally help me! Enter Jordan ! This young lady was an answer to my prayers! Jordan was so nice and kind! Jordan was opposite from everyone else I had been dealing with in this situation! Jordan listened and I was assured of her willingness to help me! Jordan figured out with just a phone call and was able to get my problem solved! I had another problem the next day and called to make sure she was working before I went back to the store and again problem solved! I am so grateful that I was lead to Jordon and my problems being resolved! Jordan that defines awesome is what Jordon potrayed!

Rod was beyond helpful! I came in thinking I needed a new iPhone and he figured out it was simply the SIM - he could’ve sold me something I didn’t need. Also helped my daughter cleanup storage on her phone. Thanks for being honest!

Had to upgrade our iphones…was expecting to be pressured into buying the newest; however Chelsea was great. She made suggestions, answered questions, let us know what the promotions were, and helped us find the phones we needed. We left the store happy with our purchases.

Chelsea was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable & profesional & quick to get us out the door with smiles on our faces.

I just wanted to share my experience in this store. First, I want to recognize the incredible customer service and professionalism from the sales representative Alison (Ali) she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
In addition, T-Mobile has awesome deals… I was with AT&T for over 10 years and my bill every month has been a constant battle.

Finally I said - I am Free.

Our family had 4 phones that needed to have the data transferred over along with fixing a few issues with two of the accounts. Osama went above and beyond to help us! It took a while to get everything updated and fixed but he made what could have been a really rough experience great. We were greeted upon entering the store and only had to wait less than 5 minutes. Thank you Osama for it such a smooth and enjoyable process for our family and putting with all our crazy requests!

Had a great experience at this T-mobile location. Boris took awesome care of me, and explain any questions I had. He was patient, very helpful, and overall provided exceptional service. Will most definitely be returning back to this location again in the future.

Leaving 5 stars for Kenny (RAM) at this store. After several issues, he went way out of his way to help us get the right device - even driving to another store to pick up a phone so we wouldn't have to. T-Mobile needs more people like him. He was super helpful and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Best mobile store experience we've had in a long time.

My husband and I were looking to upgrade our tablet and we were helped by a lovely and friendly associate named Becca. She addressed our needs and selected the best options for us and even searched our account thoroughly for a Hotspot upgrade. With the assistance of her manager Kenny, we were given excellent customer service. We really appreciated and enjoyed our experience. We will be back to upgrade our phone. If you need a new service or phone I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TMobile in Murphy.

I went into this TMobile to upgrade to the iPhone 14 and I had trouble with my old phone by forgetting a password that I had set. Becca was the one who helped me and was very supportive all throughout the process. By the end, Becca and Raven were taking me through the process and they were able to provide me with the solution! The entire store was very positive and were glad to hear that the problem was solved! I would certainly recommend not only going to this store for services to be provided but to also commend Becca and Raven!

I was in the Murphy, TX store this afternoon. I had an exceptional experience with Allyson. She was extremely professional while being very personable. She helped with an upgrade of my phone and answered all of my questions. I will absolutely be returning to that store and I would highly recommend her.

Ms. Alyson is the best and honest sales person. She's a great sales lady, very nice, so polite and super professional above and beyond. She will help you if you have any question or issues related to phones or your cellular carriers. She's ready to help find the best cellular phones for you. Aly is terrific. Come and verify it for yourself. Have a good one.

So I went to the T-Mobile store in Murphy on February 9,2022. I had the pleasure of working with Shaun A. He was fantastic and helped me getting a new phone and keeping my old number. He was with me for over 4 hours that day. I had issues and Shaun along with some other associates at the store helped me because once we got that done things were fine till I tried logging into an app for work. Nothing worked. Long story short..after talking with customer service, and going back to the store several times and speaking with customer service for 2 days. There was a tech from Kansas named Jeff, and after speaking with him he stated we’ve done everything. Let’s try getting you a new number. I keep my one I still have but get a second line. He stated let’s see if that works..After missing 2 days of work.. Jeff is the one that finally got me to where I could use my app that I needed for work with getting the second line. Everyone at the Murphy store was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to work with. I give the T-Mobile Murphy store five stars because everybody was willing to do whatever they needed to to help me and try to figure out what was going on with why I wasn’t receiving this one text message. After all their hard work and with the assistance of Jeff from tech-support in Wichita Kansas we all got it figured out and I will be forever grateful to that Murphy team. Just to name some of the few that helped me was Martha, Amber, Julie, Kat and of course Shaun A.

I had a great experience both times at this location, the staff are very helpful and so nice!! Was in and out of there in an hour to buy a new phone
Everyone is amazing so no need to request specifically but Kenny the manager was also very good going around and helping his staff and keep it all organized so you got in and out fast

I came here yesterday looking to get a new phone (I had Sprint before the merge) and Natasha was SO nice and patient! There was a good amount of people there from the Wylie location being closed and most people were being directed to her because she was the best! I left with a new iPhone and much better service now that I’m on T-Mobile! Thank you so much, Natasha! You’re awesome!

I would recommend this store to anyone wanting a new phone or if you have any questions . My Mobil Expert was just that, an expert Shaun Aguirre thank you for answering all of my questions. I drove 60 miles because my store had been closed for 4 days and my old phone died. My store had to order another phone for me. I could no longer wait so I took the drive to Murphy. When I got to the store I was greeted and told it would be a few minutes. My Mobil Expert Shaun Aguirre was just GREAT! He was professional and answered all of my questions. I will make the drive again if I need anything. Thank you Shaun.
