Decent big lots, and large!

Huge inventory, and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

On many occasions, I have seen the staff carting larg items and help people load them into the vehicles.

this was my first time in this store but Had a good experience had good deals I'll be back again

Had a nice shopping experience found my bed room curtains in perfect color in broyhill. Employees are super helpful they took time to explain my bill because there system does give all info on receipt.Thank you for your kindness. O p

It was the first time I was ever in the Taylor location of Big Lots and I was happy I tried it out. I felt like it was a larger Big Lot store because the isle's we're very roomy and spacious. Not like stores that try to cram too much into too little space. I got the items I went in for and left smiling. The parking lot is enormous with room for several stores. They are handicap accessible and masks are optional at this time.

The shelves were completely full and very organized. The manager was very helpful and very pleasant. The young lady At the register Was not friendly at all. No smile it was as if she could care less.i did not catch her name but she had the Gothic look.

Excellent location for the evening with you and your family

Wide variety products at a fair price. Masks are necessary and social distancing. Store was clean and well stocked. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I definitely would recommend this location if you are in area. It was just a great shopping experience all around.

Steph from furniture was absolutely amazing!!!! My husband and I bought a floor model from them and he forgot to measure to see if it would fit in our car. When we got it outside we realized it wouldn't with the legs on. She was nice enough to come out with another associate and help us get the legs off and put it inside of our vehicle. 10 out of 10 would definitely come back again and recommend this store. Above and beyond amazing people. Shout out to Steph thank you!!!

They were the only big lots that had the couch we wanted. But really what made our experience was the worker named Ben. He was so nice, they were CLEARLY understaffed and need to hire more help for this guy. He was doing everything, but still checked us out quickly and efficiently, answered all our questions and was very kind. I feel so bad that big lots won’t just hire someone else because he should be more taken care of. Mans was holding the store together. Do better big lots and treat your employees with some more respect.

My mother went shopping for a living room set a few days ago. After going to Big Lots in Taylor by herself, her and I went to Big Lots in Monroe and a few other places. The Monroe location was a bit disappointing, but when we came back to Taylor the worker who helped my mom before remembered who she was and was eager to help. We were set on purchasing a set that day, which the employee worked very hard to help us with. Despite many items being out of stock, unavailable, or oddly missing, he helped us find a furniture set we liked, talked us through financing, leasing, and buying options, and held the furniture for us until the next day when my mom could pick it up. Even though the employees here aren’t on commission he went above and beyond to make sure my family went home happy. We appreciate you man.

The best big lots hands down Amanda is the best … purchased my fireplace there wasn’t on the floor but she went Above and Beyond… to get one From the back of the store and even loaded it all by Herself …. Amanda you Rock ….

The Taylor store is one of the larger stores with more isle space than the smaller stores. The spring and summer merchandise is in stock, the shelves are filled. And allways use your Rewards card for extra discounts! Cupouns are sometimes given with donations.

Finding the occasional bargain--especially that item you passed up in another store because you just couldn't see spending the money--is good. Having an associate make sure their teammates had things covered, then find the items you drove miles to get in the storage room, is exceptional.

Very friendly staff and I don't go into big lots alot, but from my last experience here, ill be coming more often. The guy was completely helpful, ran back and fourth for me no hesitation. Also had a great attitude thank you!

Very organized, helpful staff, Clean and Welcoming. Great Manager. Super Clearance Deals. One whole end cap included popcorn, Juice, 3lb bags of Dog Food, canned goods, cookies all marked down to $0.22 each.

David @ Monroe was extremely helpful helping to find our selection he didn't have in the store & Sharon @ Taylor were super awesome in our purchase. She wheeled carts right out to our truck. Name brand product below national furniture chains... But the customer service is the key. Thanks David & Sharon!!!

5 stars sure to phenomenal prices. Jackie in furniture helped retrieve my order. Took several weeks for it to come in. Several phone calls to straighten out the original girls mistake in spelling my name. Which made it difficult too find the order everytime I called to check on it. Thanks for your help Jackie.
