Dave was awesome! My husband spoke with him earlier and when he picked me up, he said, “I’m only dealing with Dave!” Well after one meeting, one new living room and one new dining room set later, I totally get why!! Best salesman I think I’ve ever met! I’m definitely sending all of my friends and family to Dave for all their furniture needs. Dave was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, funny…and the blue marble shoes…he was so fresh and so clean!! 😂😂😂 Seriously, he is great at his job and truly cares about his customers!! Kudos to Dave!!

Dave made shopping for new furniture as stress free as possible. We appreciated his patience, knowledge, and experience when working with us to find something that fit our requirements. His relaxed demeanor and honesty helped us to feel less pressured and more comfortable with the entire process. I would highly recommend.

Sherri and Dave were such a great help in me finding a new sectional couch for me and my family. They were both knowledgeable with everything I asked and have fun personalities that make holding a conversation with them so easy. If you're looking into going in the store I would definitely recommend them both!!!! Sherri was so sweet she pushed me around in a wheelchair without making me feel like a burden but she did so to make sure I made the right decision. Thank you both Sherri and Dave!

Lina is a the best store manager 🙌 I really got to say how she help me twice I came in and was greeted with the best customer service I ever had thanks very much 🙌. I had a good opinion until delivery day. They sent two guys that was rude and lazy. Ask them for help to remove 4 screws from a frame. They was so lazy, one called someone and I was applauded that it wasn't that serious 😒 then he leaned on my wall. I asked him for drill and he just stood there . They was so lazy I asked to leave since they was so lazy and came not to work 😴 talking about warehouse told them they couldn't move anything and they have to reschedule. Wow been waiting 3mo. Then they send unreliable movers wow I still don't have my furniture. Delivery is contracted and I have had great guys come because I ordered from here regularly but these two was the worst and should not be working for value city furniture 😑. They upset me made me call them lazy hummm...I would like to say Nina is a great store manager. She called and apologized for my unhappy day last Saturday. She sent new delivery men who came in professional and ready to set up furniture. I'm very happy and satisfied with my experience to 11/11/23 . Thank you Nina for your help and support 🙏 ❤

Lina bill blane cooper helped us out without any problems and friendly and made sure we were satisfied they were very nice and appreciated. Everything they did for us.

Sherry and Lina (I apologize if I spell their names incorrectly) were absolute rockstars. We had visited both Gardner White and Bob’s Discount Furniture prior to coming to Value City, when we should have went to Value City first. Both ladies were helpful, not pushy, very informative, and just great people overall. We got a fantastic deal on two brand new mattresses and they were transparent about everything, even breaking down the receipt for us to see how much we saved and how everything was charged. This is definitely the place to get quality furniture and even better service. Thank you ladies!

Dave Lucas was incredibly easy to work with! I came in 3 separate times and he remembered me and my husband every single time. He was very thorough and concise with everything he explained! Couldn’t recommend him enough :)

Sherri was absolutely amazing! We went in a week ago and she was very informative and ensured she answered any questions we had. Most sales people are very pushy and Sherri was the complete opposite! We walked around the store and she would just check in periodically and that’s why we came back for new living room and dining furniture

Dan was absolutely amazing!! Helped us from the second we walked in & had no problem walking around with us while we changed our mind. Even helped get me approved for a credit card & made the whole experience so pleasant. Please come here & see Dan, he's the BEST!!

We went furniture shopping EVERYWHERE and Sherri was one of our first stops, she was warm from the first time walking in. We told her we wanted to check out the options (Gardener White, Ashley's 2 locations & Bobs) and she wished us luck & hoped to see us again. After classless service at Ashley's (Dearborn), we came back to Sherri welcomed with open arms and she is knowledgeable, honest & overall awesome. Answered my husband's 100 questions with patience & ease. I HIGHLY recommend her. Makes an important stressful purchase easy. Thank you, Sherri! A+ you should train people!

I went in looking for a specific sectional and was quickly greeted by Blaine. He was nice and even helped me to measure a piece to make sure I had the right dimensions for my home. Our small talk was fun and I thought he was a great salesman. He helped me find my perfect couch. Thank you again Blaine.

Dave made my experience quick and easy, he was friendly and super personable...he explained everything to me that I had questions about. He found me the exact set I was looking for and literally set delivery up right then for me, and I had new couches within the hour!

Overall purchase experience was pretty good. Wish they would have had more selection. The delivery team was exceptional, very courteous, professional, fast, thoughtful. I appreciate you employing such good people
