Tim Hortons

This is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They were busy, so I was expecting for a long wait, which I don’t mind because I also work in fast food. But I got served quickly and my coffee is very very good and my donut was amazing. The lady who took my order was amazingly nice and quick thank you for all your guises hard work

I always get a coffee with expresso, cream, and sugar. Hortons always get it right. They always have expresso. Service is always quick.

While visiting family this 4th of July weekend. My cousin and I stopped by this location Sunday morning for some coffee. The young lady at the window was an absolute sweetheart!! I am upset I didn’t get her name but she was so nice and wanted to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. My cousin usually gets her caramel macchiato at another place and wasn’t sure if she would like it. Well the young lady ensure her if she didn’t like it she would get her what she did. My cousin tried it and instantly loved it! Again the young lady was just so sweet her personality and her great coffee making skills will have me returning to this location every time I am in town. She made my coffee ☕to perfection as well but it was her customer service that really put the cherry on top! She definitely deserves a raise!To that young lady stay positive and joyful you were a pleasure to meet and God bless you!

The service is fast and very friendly. The coffee is fresh and they put in the correct amount of cream and sugar I asked for. They have a good selection of Tim Bits, too!

4☆ on food because their donuts haven't been made a few times. I guess the basket didn't show up. Otherwise, they are great

I need to get her name, but the young woman at the drive-thru window is really pleasant! Always a smile, and let's me know my TimCard balance without me asking. I'll get her name next time!

I love this Tim Horton's location. They are very kind and dedicated to what they do.

I've frequented this specific location now for 8 months and each time has been a treat.

If you are ever out in Taylor and on telegraph road by Wick road, please stop here and see first hand for yourself what I'm talking about.

On the way to business I will usually pick up a box of donuts and bagels. They fill it with zero complaints. When I go to other Tim Horton's places they usually complain to me about calling ahead before requesting big box's of food. Kind of makes you wonder why they put it on their menu if they are not ready for it.

Best coffee and doughnut's around. The manager/baker was running drive thru. She was awesome at her job! Coffee is always on point and piping hot! Flavored Ice Caps are always soo good! And the baked goods are always fresh and most importantly SOFT! Like a pastry should be! Kudos to the staff of this establishment. Look toward to my coffee every morning :D

I have never had a problem with this place. Yes once or twice my coffee wasn't stirred but so what stir it itself no problem. I use to get a 4x4 n my coffee was always cold but that's just how much cream I get so now I get a 3/4. I work in fast food so I can't talk crap about another fast food place cuz I know where their coming from good job guys keep up the good work :)

Awesome as usual !!!! Few minutes after 5am an the 5th vehicle to pull in already 3 in drive-thru. No worries up to give my order promptly, courtesy staff always and on my way I go. No matter what time go and how busy they are. I'm in and out, dealt with a courtesy staff and my order is how I asked the 1st time. Keep up the good work.

The line was a little long but I was in-and-out in less than 5 minutes in the drive-through... Coffee tasted delicious as normal people were very polite there highly recommended

So I work here , and I can say we do have some rude costumers but to let you guys know we have been short staffed so please take it easy on us we serve over 2,000 people a shift , and if your rushed that’s not are fault where runed by a timer ! If your coffee is wrong or don’t taste right come back around we will fix it , this is a fast service and we want to get you in and out thank you , see you again:)

Wonderful customer service, a very clean environment, fresh food and fresh coffee made to customers taste. Overall one of the best Tim Hortons ive ever been to!!!

Always accommodating the customers and helping any way they can. Their employees unequivocally place the needs of their customers above all else, and go above and beyond to meet that end. It is unsurpassed in its service of supporting Taylor workers -- in their daily caffeine needs -- to ensure they get to work alert, and do their job efficiently, punctually and with precision.

The guys there at latebnight are great. They are always so kind and willing to give their customer what they came for. Even offered something that was not available in order to make sure you leave happy. They always serve me beyond expectation these guys are rare in the industry so I always appreciate their great customer service skills. The gentlemen Jamon and his friend (I'm sorry idr his name) are always helpful. It's a out of my way usually but worth the trip especially late night because I know I'm going to get wonderful service.

Terrific & friendly staff! Canadians love ❤ finding a Tim Hortons - it's like finding a treasure! Excellent!

Love their coffee so much it's cheaper to get Tim Hortons in Canada though it costs more just to pay the border lol
