The store is small but had a nice selection. It was pretty busy there. The sales rep did make sure to greet us.

It's essential to be able to handle issues for customers, and ensure satisfaction. Providing good service is one of the many things that the employees of The Del Amo Fashion Center Tumi Store do. The engaging staff and abundant selection make it a very helpful, and pleasant shopping opportunity. Everyone in the store is extremely nice and helpful. I had a problem with a crossbody bag I purchased, and the staff willingly, and patiently guided me through the resolution process. Great employees, fabulous products, and understandability with returns or exchange. This is definitely a store I will be coming back to forever.

Visited the store yesterday and had such a great experience. I was expecting to mail my bag out for repair but they fixed it in house. Definitely pay this location a visit...They are warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Thanks Tumi Del Amo.

If every Tumi Store was this good Tumi would have put every other luggage store out of business. Susana is FANTASTIC with customers. Very knowledgeable and Alie was busy helping 2 other cusstomers with with sales. I love this store.
