Star Furniture and Mattress

They had a really nice selection of couches. We went back the following weekend, and the selections had changed. Several of the recliners were broken. We had to do an exchange (due to size) before the furniture arrived, and they helped us to exchange it. The furniture is high priced but appears to be great quality. The staff were fantastic. My parents bought 2 lift chairs the week before us and they were very satisfied also. It took over 6 weeks to get our stuff. We should get it this Saturday coming.

Charlie was great to work with. He was professional and made sure we were happy with our experience. This is the second time purchasing from the store and will continue to do business with them.

Very friendly and nice. Frank was a great salesman with happy and fun personality.

Great selection, prices and service, will definitely return.

We returned to Star Furniture of Elkins to look for a new bed. Jeremiah was wonderful. He helped us but also gave us space to make our decision. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. One more great experience in this store! Also, thanks to Denny for the pillow and advice. We recently.purchased a sofa and two chairs. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Our salesman was helpful without being pushy and very honest about the quality of furniture manufacturers. The delivery was made precisely when promised and the.gentlen who delivered it were polite and went above and beyond.

I was looking for a comfy recliner. There was a good selection of recliners with every possible option. I found the perfect chair for me. The saleswoman was helpful but not intrusive and answered all questions. The purchase process was easy. My chair should be delivered next week. I will be back.

The service of both our salesperson, Andrea, and the store manager was excellent. Financing was a breeze, and they worked to get us the best pricing possible. We would recommend this store above all others and will definitely purchase here again.

Recently purchased furniture from star furniture in Elkins,wv. The service we got from the lady there was super great. She was very patient with us as we made several trips back and forth looking at stuff. She acctually helped with our decisions by explaining different materials and leathers. We were offered drinks and snacks while she did her paperwork. Cannot say enough about this lady. Don,t know if I am allowed to mention her name, but if you are ever in this store, ask for Andrea, you won’t go wrong.

Andrea was amazing. She price matched a competitor for me so I could buy locally and helped me get a steal on the protection plan. I plan to return there for my next purchase.
