Seth gave me excellent customer service. He made my shopping experience very pleasant and easy! I told him that I never changed a toner cartridge before, so he showed me how. He was wonderful!

I ordered online at Office Depot for the first time for store pickup. Printer toner of course, and I needed it fast. After completing my order and paying online, I received an email fewer than 10 minutes later saying my toner was ready to pickup. Amazing. So much better than driving to the store and wondering if they have what I'm looking for. The associate in the store knew right where my order was held. I was in/out in 3 minutes. Great job, Office Depot.

Excellent Manager and excellent staff helped me find the right product to charge my iPhone very fast in the car so this prevented me from buying the iPhone 15. The cashier also helped me sign up for rewards! Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful, I will shop again for pens and writing paper for my studying plans again.

Our local home office supply store and they usually have exactly what we need with good customer service. Today we had excellent customer service from Seth who helped us buy a new printer.

Great service! Replaced my printer with newer model, and was allowed to exchange unopened ink/ toner from the old one for the new size. Saved me hundreds of dollars, and this is a nice upgrade. Seth, in particular, was knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a great experience at Office Depot, Employees were very helpful willing to assist if needed. The item I purchased was on stock reasonable price. Checkout was efficient.

There’s a reason this store is highly rated! I could give 5/5 stars alone to Laura in the print shop. She’s helped me on numerous occasions with large last minute print orders. Laura and her colleagues always seem to be consistently busy, but they all take the time to answer ALL the questions they get. This evening, as usual, Laura was patiently helping a confused customer with submitting a print order. The service and efficiency will keep me coming to this location for all my printing needs.

It’s been a while since any of us have been “in store”. The team was very helpful (including finding the printer we wanted when us very tired people only stared at the blank space where we thought the box should be!) ;) Most of what we were looking for was in-stock, including ink. This location is still a good choice for a local get-it-today resource.

I just want to say what an awesome customer service! I was greeted, helped, and given many suggestions as to what each brand of printers offered, then at the checkout the cashier kept adding coupons for all sorts of things. He saved me a lot of money. Thanks!!

I got tremendous service at Office Depot and in particular Don, the person at the register help me find the best but not the most expensive calculator for my daughter for her geometry class. He also gave us some tips on how to use the calculator more effectively. He should be recognized for his outstanding service
