Store is open and no one is inside and the door is locked with a sorry note, very unprofessional, you guys are very soft at this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I get dropped off at home at 7 from a 13 hour day of work, I get to GNC at 7:55; 5 minutes before close, just to be given attitude by an employee like if I am wrong for expecting a store to be open during their scheduled open hours. I live 2 minutes away but I'm probably gonna find a GNC 15 minutes away, to give them my business and recommend anyone I know never to go here.

Sat and waited for 20 minutes with 4 other people in the parking lot even called the store no answer. It's 430 there's no reason for this. I'm just gonna order my stuff off the internet like ever sane person does. No wonder people are worried about robots taking their jobs, they should be at least they're freaking loyal and show up. 🙄

Tried calling the store multiple times no answer. Horrible communication. They act like they're so busy.

Every time I’ve come to this location, the lights are on but the door is locked and nobody is there. They don’t answer the phone and don’t indicate when they will be back if they are on a break
